Kündigung nicht ausgeführt, stattdessen ungebeten auf Wertkerte umgestellt !

Ich hatte am 29.12.22 einen Mobilfunkvertrag bei Simfonie fristgerecht zum 31.01.23 gekündigt (Fax mit Sendebericht). Am 18.12.22 bestätigte Simfonie mir per SMS die Kündigung und Abschaltung zum 29.01.23. Am 29.01.23 erhielt ich jedoch eine SMS von Simfonie, in der man mir die Umstellung auf Wertkarte mitteilt und mich bittet mein Guthaben aufzuladen. Ich habe sofort per Email und Fax widersprochen und Simfonie am 01.02.23 erneut per Email und Fax aufgefordert meine Kündigung auszuführen und meine SIM-Karte bis spätestens 03.02.23 abzuschalten. Die Nummer ist heute noch immer aktiv.

Es werden rechtliche Schritte folgen.
