The lamp we bought is beautiful and of good quality. Its arrival was timely and it’s a stunning addition to our dining room. Contact with customer service was friendly and very responsive. The star missing is because the manual was missing from the box how to install the lamp but we figured it out. So all in all very happy with our purchase.

This is the 2nd time we buy lights from Simig as the lights are of high quality and the customer service is outstanding. We had a problem with one of the lights being damaged and they sorted it out right away. No delay in delivery either. Would highly recommend Simig to friends and family.

The delivery was fast

I had a very disappointing experience with SimigLighting. I purchased a lamp through their Polish website, expecting a regular EU return process, in which consumers are entitled to return products within 14 days, and companies operating within the EU must either offer a local return address or clearly state otherwise before purchase. Simig did neither, first making returning the lamp nearly impossible e-mailing back and forward and offering discounts that I clearly stated I didn't want. And second by offering a Chinese return adress, meaning high return costs. Something they didn't mention on the website.

Despite repeated reminders that their practices violate EU consumer protection rules, they refused to comply. After several back-and-forth emails, I ended up settling for a partial refund, just to end the hassle, but definately not to my satisfaction (which I indicated). This is not how a legitimate business should operate.

If you're in the EU and care about your rights as a consumer, I strongly advise you to shop elsewhere. I would never shop here again.

Do not make the same mistakes I did!

I ordered a pendant light through this company. It took ~ 8 weeks to get to me, which I knew and had accepted. When it arrived it was dented in several places. The styrofoam in the box was totally in tact, so to me it felt clear it left the factory like this. I tried to ask for a refund and was given quite a run around. From "We'll give you 10% off a new lamp" to "you could return it for a refund, but it will cost so much to ship it it probably isn't worth it".

On top of that, even if it was in perfect condition the light was not the same color it appeared on the website.

Just don't bother. It seems like a great cheap option but in the long run you'll just eat the cost and have to go elsewhere to get what you actually want.

Do not buy anything from this site. They are drop shipping low-quality items from China, and once you try to return something, they stop responding to emails entirely. It’s a total scam.

The products shown on their website look nothing like what you actually receive. Don’t expect a refund — you’ll never get your money back.

Total scam. I ordered a lamp that was never shipped. I have asked for a refund and the customer service tried to convince me to wait longer. After a battle because they didn't want to give me a refund, they accepted to refund me but I've never received the money.

Despite a problem with the product's finish, the customer service was very efficient and responded immediately.
A very good experience.
