Carlos from the Valletta Branch is a true Real Estate agent! Liaising fully with both tenant and owner to ensure a smooth transaction for both parties. He goes the extra mile to ensure the transaction gets done whilst both parties are satisfied.

The best agent in Malta!
We are moving to Malta next month and needed someone to quickly find us an apartment. I am SO happy we contacted Simon Mamo and found Carlos! He was extremely attentive through this entire process and did not stop until he found the perfect place for me and my family within our price range and with all the necessary amenities we were looking for! Carlos delivers
After about 6 years of non-stop travel I’m pretty good at finding apartments. When I got in touch with Simon Mamo in early 2022 though, I had been looking for a place to stay in Malta for a while, and things weren’t looking too good – I had only a month to go until my stay, the specific location I needed to be in was in high demand, and my budget somewhat limited.
So when Carlos Filipe (from SM) told me he would find me something, I was somewhat sceptical. Before the week was over though, he came back with a really great find, with a decent price and an amazing view.
Overall I was quite impressed with the job Carlos did. He is constantly on top of things and even after check-in keeps in touch to make sure dealings with landlords and property managers go smoothly.
The apartment I stayed in during my 2 months in Malta, I don’t think I would have found on my own. Carlos really delivered and the agency fee I paid was money well spent. Would recommend.

Agent on Facebook messenger more than 1 week didn’t answer. Request more info button doesn’t work too, nobody answer. I called agency, they promised to check requested properties for me and no answer 5 days too. Looks like fake site or fake agency
