We had a great experience securing our loan with Jack. He was very helpful and got us the best product to suit our needs. Everything was done quickly, Jack even worked later than I would normally expect a company to work getting all the documents sorted and prompting the loan company for a speedy service. My credit score was less than perfect but it was 3 days from the initial call until confirmation of completion for my 2nd charge. No judgments, no sales tactics, no hidden fees. Just a quick and transparent service!

I received dangerous misinformation from a colleague in this firm. His attempt to rail road me into paying almost £2k in fees with scare tactic that I would end up paying additional charges was irresponsible and unethical. With all calls recorded I cannot see how leadership can be oblivious to this pressurised sales tactics. Beware!!
