I have a kitchen bin that had given good service but the plastic lid had cracked. A quick email to their support people and they identified a replacement part and a link to a fitting instructions video. Brilliant service!

Exceptional response.
My 4 yo wall mounted sensor mirror failed, so it was still within warranty. Simplehuman’s customer care team were very quick to review my problem, decide to give a replacement and actioned that at once.
I can recommend Simplehuman as an excellent brand and their customer service team is first class too.

I recently had an issue with a cosmetic beauty mirror I purchased from Superhumans around two years ago, as it had unfortunately stopped working.
I reached out to their customer service team, not expecting much given the time that had passed, but I was genuinely impressed by their response. They were incredibly helpful, asked for a few details and a short video, and handled everything quickly and professionally.
To my surprise, they offered to send me a replacement free of charge, which I think is absolutely fantastic customer service—especially after such a long time since purchase.
It’s rare these days to find a company that stands by their products in this way. I really appreciate the support and the smooth, hassle-free experience. I’ll definitely continue to shop with confidence knowing they genuinely care about their customers.

If possible I would give zero stars. I received a soap dispenser which did not work. As requested I emailed details and a video 7 days ago. Apart from an automated acknowledgement, I am still waiting for a response. Dreadful service

Excellent customer service yet again. My issue was dealt with promptly and efficiently. I had my new bin within 2 days. Cannot fault them at all. I’m a fan of the brand and company and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my stylish bins and accessories! Well done again Simple Human!

The chrome soap pumps are good, well made and stylish but one of them has stopped working and suspect the battery is dead. Unfortunately Simplehuman confirmed the battery cannot be replaced. Would have been 4 stars if battery was replaceable and 5 stars if the soap tank was easier to refill and larger.

I. Emailed regarding my mirror that wouldn’t charge. I was sent some troubleshooting ideas which didn’t work.
I was then asked for a photo and video which I sent and the response was super quick and I will be receiving my replacement mirror by fed ex tomorrow. Superb customer service! Thank you

Excellent and speedy customer service from both Hannah and Laarni in resolving a problem I had with one of my soap dispensers. This was resolved within one day which was amazing. Both were very helpful. I certainly would have no hesitation in recommending this company and their products.

I had my bin for around 18 months, it was a half rubbish and half recycling bin, absolutely delighted with my purchase, however the lid started slamming when changing the bag and the main lid didn't open as much as it used to, on the advice of my daughter i contacted SH, communicated with Laarni Nacorda, within a couple of hours from first email i was informed that I had a replacement on the way, very impressed with everything and was also told that the remainder of my warranty would continue with this bin. People who buy any of their rechargeable products should be made aware that they aren't serviceable. You can't replace the battery when it dies due to their manufacturing process. My dispenser's battery died just past it's 2 year warranty. I was offered a 10% discount on a new dispenser (no thanks). Their products are basically scrap metal after 2 years so BE AWARE.

I bought the 30L simplehuman Touch Bar bin about 10 years ago. The lid spring mechanism had recently failed so I contacted customer services and they sent me out a brand-new bin on next-day delivery. Excellent customer service. Would thoughly recommend buying their products.
