Simple Practice is so easy to navigate.

The platform is very complete, you'll find everything in one place, it includes online support, videos to learn how to navigate and understand how to use each category included in the program. As a new LPC-A, I just love it, it makes me feel I am not alone in the learning process. Thank You!

SimplePractice is an affordable way to keep HiPAA compliant records for my small counseling business. As a single counselor, I did not need all of the extra bells and whistles, but I did need something straightforward to keep things organized. I am able to set my appointments, fill out client notes and keep records of payments and other information.
The program is very user-friendly and was easy for me to get started right away.
The only drawback with the less expensive plan is that there is no way for me to send reminders from my calendar to my clients. The extra cost does not justify this expense with such a small caseload, but it would really be a help to keep clients aware of upcoming appointments.

Simple Practice is extremely user-friendly, and it is convenient and efficient for my business, to have the main aspects of my business housed all in one easy-to-use place. Any issues or confusions that I have encountered have been responded to quickly and extremely thoroughly by the Simple Practice Team.

Simple practice has a lot of informational ways to make you successful with the site. The basic version is pretty limited in what you can use so if you have a decent amount of insurance clientele, I would not recommend the basic level of Simple Practice. Overall, I'm satisfied with it.

I am new to being a solo business owner and I recently opened my own private practice. I have never done billing or insurance. Simple Practice has enabled me to be a successful clinician and my own office manager. I feel confident and trust using Simple Practice for myself and my clients.

I truly enjoy using SimplePractice as my EHR. The platform is seamless and the tutorials given are very helpful! I definitely recommend it for any clinician striking out on their own!!

I think the software is tremendously flexible and intuitive in most instances. While there is always improvement to be made, there is a lot to love about the premium version of the software!

Simple practice has made it easier to connect with my private clients in an efficient way. I’m so happy I began my subscription to utilize their platform to provide services for my clients.

Great customer service and easy to use platform.

I really like using Simple Practice for note taking, treatment planning, and the intake process. I enjoy all the templates and the ability to make fillable forms from scratch. The note taking system is a dream and the client portal makes intakes very easy. I definitely recommend it to other providers and those opening practices.

My only feedback has to do with integrating external calendars. I use various platforms to an accept insurance including Alma and Grow. Simple Practice should find a way to allow providers to integrate those calendars so providers don’t need to book in multiple places. Right now I have to make an appointment via Alma or Grow AND Simple Practice.

Starting my own telehealth private counseling practice, I needed an EHR program that also could help me deliver telehealth. Simple Practice has been a great choice- it's easy to use, and fairly intuitive. Anything I've needed help with, I've been able to find video help for. I've gotten great feedback from clients as well, and it's been easy to use on their end. The telehealth component has been great, and I love being able to do everything all in one place.

THE STEP BY STEP SET UP INSTRUCTIONS ARE USER FRIENDLY, BUT THE OVERALL PROCESS IS VERY TIME CONSUMING. OUR COMPANY HAS YET TO ENTER ALL THE DETAILS NECESSARY FOR FULL FUNCTIONALITY

Much of the system is self led which helps save time. Would love if there was a direct number to call for issues when platform doesn’t work.

This company has the customer service and communication game down! They are seriously so responsive and helpful. Everything is streamlined and clear. The videos and the articles helped me start my practice with ease.

I have really enjoyed my experience with Simple Practice so far. When starting my private practice last year, I was looking for something to make my documentation and billing as easy as possible. Simple Practice does just that! I quickly learned how to do add new clients, document my sessions, and charging session fees. I continue to learn how to create insurance claims and run reports regarding the state of my practice. There is so much Simple Practice can do! While I don't have a ton of experience using other practice management software in order to compare, I can say that I feel Simple Practice is worth the price I pay for it.
