product I ordered was perfect. Ordered it on Friday and it arrived exactly when they said it would on Monday.

The screen was totally unfit for the purpose we required it for and has been returned - we are now waiting for the monies to be returned to our accounts after it was returned as received by me personally in Manchester on 09.06.15

bought an expandable safety gate arrived a few days later, well packaged, very impressed with the safety gate, comes with a spare set of fixings so you could if being thrifty set up at bottom and top of stairs and unclip when going upstairs and clip in the top then repeat when going downstairs, fixings feel very solid although don't know how long would last with rpt unclipping / clipping in. setting up was a little fiddly spacers are sold as an extra in hindsight might have been useful, but i made a wood spacer which I could sand down to a perfect fit and am very happy with how the stairgate sits now.
One issue with these types of stairgates is they are noisy when you close them (very loud clicking) but that's the nature of them and also acts as an alarm if your loved one manages to work out how to open it. Can imagine could be slightly difficult if you have more than one babay and one is asleep when the other one needs changing and you have to open the gate!

I placed my order which arrived very quickly. I ordered 'Happy Hands' to stop little fingers getting trapped in doors. I fitted the first of these within minutes of their arrival - very easy to fit in place. The other item was a cabinet door lock which now keeps little ones out of the snack cupboard. And one bonus - i thought I was buying one door lock but it was a pack of 3. I now feel happier that my grandchildren are that bit safer when they are here.

We ordered 3 stairgates and they arrived quickly and fitted really well. They did say integrated extension, but they were the same as all others... Separate and you push them on to extend. They thankfully worked though and are the only ones we could find to for our stairs.
