The advertised telephone opening times…
The advertised telephone opening times are incorrect and it's often difficult to get hold of the correct department, as the phone lines are answered by Dignity and not simplicity. The phone staff are genuinely very helpful, although one member of staff hung up on me quite abruptly ( presumably because I called at 1650 and they go home at 1700... not the 20:00 as advertised ).

To clarify, we operate an overflow system so that when Simplicity lines are busy, calls may be answered by colleagues at Dignity. While we are one company and work closely together to support our customers, we understand how this may not have been clear and appreciate you highlighting this.

I was very happy with the way your colleagues explained how the funeral plan works and the fact that the crematorium is local to the area I live. After seeing your advertisement on T.V. it has confirmed that all my needs will be met.

Buying was a no-brainer, top value.
The price is very competitive. The instalment plan cost of £100 represents an effective APR % rate that my bank could not get close to matching. The current £100 voucher offer negates the instalment cost thus making the choice to buy over 24 months interest-free a no- brainer decision.

Simplicity funeral plan…
The two teleohone calls I had with Simplicity were very helpful to me as I was enquiring for a friend who has MS and could'nt do it herself. I explained the brochure to her and she told me to go ahead, We spoke to a lovely man who got it all sorted for her.

Excellent service
Excellent service. We live abroad and were only in the UK for a short period, but Simplicity managed to deliver my father's ashes at short notice. We were also very happy with the level of communication that they maintained, especially since dad required an autopsy which prolonged the entire process. They kept us updated at every stage.
