Great service and after sales
I bought a chair about 2 weeks ago and after a quick buying process I received my chair with 3 working days. al seemed well but after trying to attached the 2nd arm rest I noticed the screw tread would not take. Although an inconvenience I found the after sales and assistance with the matter very good and helpful.
Without questions asked they shipped me a new arm rest and the next day the problem was solved. I always say a problem is something we all could run into but how you solve that problem is where you distinct yourself from others and that is surely the case here.
Great quick service and no hassles.

Love it. Best chair ever.
I got one of these for the office as I have a dinky back (hang gliding accident).Used to have perpetual back issues in "normal" chairs. With this chair in the last 2-3 years nothing but absolute comfort. In fact, got myself the exact same chair for my home PC as well. Now my colleagues at work are beginning to adopt them and they're thrilled with them.
