Very happy with the laptop which was delivered quickly and at a good price.
Good Product but badly delivered
Ordered my V3 572P on Sunday evening and got it on Tuesday afternoon - quick service.
The item was in Acer laptop box only as if someone was passing it to customer over the counter. There was no external protection packaging - not even a wrapper to cover the item description. This is hopeless standard compared to another laptop delivery received with adequate packaging and wrapper to cover the identity of the item inside.
Within a day the mouse touch pad was frozen. Tried to remove the battery but that is so cumbersome compared with our existing Acers.
After closing and re booting several times the mouse pad came back to life. On day 4 explained the issues to Simply Acer support services and requested a replacement. I was told that I can send the laptop back but they will test it for few days and if the fault does not appear during tests then the laptop will be returned. This means paying the money but staying without a laptop for nearly a month. Not impressed and can't recommend to others.
Atrocious
Faulty item - twice, no one could make a policy decision on anything, 6 weeks and countless hours wasted later I demanded a refund.

Fast, Friendly And Effecient
Don't be put off by the many security blocks that happen when you are going to pay via a credit card, or the phone call confirming all your details... This has been the most secure purchase I have ever made on line. Totally trustworthy and delivered the new Acer Laptop the very next day, as promised. Really highly recommended online laptop retailer
Poor help when trying to get started.
Documentation said switch on and follow on screen directions.
When it said "put in your email address and password". Needless to say
entered the one i have always used. Back came the message"" incorrect password".I was pointed to ACER help desk by the supplier of the laptop
ACER required £40 upfront before passing me on to a help technician.
6 fruitless hours and a factory reset later,still could not get past the password problem.Requested that i should return the laptop to the supplier.
A friend said i needed a "Microsoft email address and password". this enabled the start up to proceed.

When my friends ask me to recommend a reliable, good value laptop I always suggest Simply Acer. Many of them ask me to get one for them and set it up so I've had plenty of experience buying from Simply Acer. They have all been delivered very quickly and have been reliable machines. My latest order was delivered to me just two days ago and everything was fine except it was supplied with 4 GB of RAM when it should have had 6 GB. I'm sure Simply Acer will resolve this matter very quickly.

I ordered this laptop as a Christmas present so at this point, the computer is untried. It arrived safely one week after I placed the order, which is pretty reasonable considering the distance. All the parts are properly packaged and in pristine visual condition. A satisfactory price and satisfactory delivery. This seems to be a reliable company to buy from. Five stars, so far!
Excellent so far
Well I ordered a laptop for my son for Christmas on Friday, it stated 5 days weekday delivery. It came next day on Saturday, so well pleased. Had a text to say what time it would be delivered and the drivers name, so was kept well informed. I cannot comment on the laptop itself, as it will not be opened until Christmas day. The price was the best I could find. My only niggle was the fact that there is a charge for credit card transactions, and therefore I didn't get that extra month to pay, as I chose to use my debit card, I do not pay charges for using my card - but that is personal choice, and I suppose how much was saved on the laptop, we cannot grumble on a credit card charge if you chose to use it. I will definitely use again. Fingers crossed on the laptop itself and future support.

Ordered laptop on a Saturday evening and paid extra £3.95 for two day delivery. Automatic email update confirmed acceptance of order. On the Wednesday i received a text saying the driver (named) would deliver the laptop between 14.18 and 15.18hrs that day and that is what happened. Product was as described and arrived undamaged. Very simple assemby of clicking battery pack in to pack, plugging in to the mains and hey presto, follow Quick Start Guide and away we go! Can't say better than that!
No laptop received. Cancelled order. Refund takes at least 2 weeks
I paid for a laptop a week ago with supposed 2 day delivery. SimplyAcer took my funds immediately.
One week later, no sign of the laptop. I asked where it was and was told it would arrive "some time next week".
I cancelled the order and a refund will take at least 2 weeks.
So, I receive nothing but SimplyAcer have £400 of my money for 3 weeks.

Ordered laptop online showing more than 20 in stock also used collect+ delivery within 72 hours, no communication from customer service so rang after 2 days.we are having trouble finding one she told me it will be despatched later today.no email for tracking.had to wait over weekend as they do not man the lines, phoned Monday we will phone you back within 2 hours, no phone call so I called again it will be dispatched later today.that evening received email with tracking.eventually got laptop 151 hrs later.vert poor service.
