Be vigilant of Maintenance services in Las Vegas!!
Another every-other-low-rating review on this business. It started with this business and other competitive businesses calling around to check our plumbing or water heater asking us for their service. Then when I thought we had a plumber consultant come out here first part of either Mar or April 2026, he put an estimate of things need to be done as I asked to look and evaluate and he did. The only issue, this business upsells people things we don't know till after the fact; then it happened when someone had to come out twice to redo or correct what didn't get completely by them done the first time. It's pretty disappointing going this experience especially already been overcharged within 1-3 days of each other assuming I was getting a better deal but when I checked online elsewhere, this business was high end cost. I then realized they take advantage of older adults over 50 and elderly. Tried working with Ryan (mgr) then he later lied to me stating they tried to call me but my phone never got their messages only we've been emailing each other the whole time. We almost had closure of our relation to where I was going to get 1/4 refund till they said will need to come by and sign for it. I never heard that if they couldn't mail it certified return receipt then they changed their mind taking back their promises to give me 1/4 refund. I said I will file complaint and or put online reviews and that's what I'm doing.
