Better than Most

I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. I love their choice of clothes and have never had anything but wonderful customer service when I have called. They are always polite and quick to help. Could some of these people possibly have bad attitudes? Can't say for sure but you catch more flies with honey. Truly one of the BEST catalogs I have shopped from and will continue to do so. I also recommend them to everyone I know.

Scare

Scare bc all the problems I read on reviews I read are more bad than good if this happens to I will fight all the way want ever I have to to get my money back . I won't take it from the start . , I just got got a account on 3/27/2017 . I should look before I sign into this . I'm looking for a problem now if all goes well I will all let u know I was wrong

Refuse to Refund for Returned Items

I ordered 8 items in my first order from Simply Be. Only 1 item worked out, so I immediately returned the other 7 items following all Simply Be guidelines. Simply Be refunded only 2 items from the package of 7 returns. Simply Be is refusing to refund the remaining 5 items that I returned. I have been trying to resolve this issue for two weeks. After seven calls to Customer Service and multiple emails, Simply Be has told me the remaining 5 refunds are "in process," "delayed," and "pending due to system issues in the United Kingdom." After requesting to speak with a manager, my phone call was disconnected. When I called back, they told me the manager was busy and I would be called back. I have NOT received any phone call from Simply Be. I did receive an email. Now Simply Be is stating that they never charged me for the items in the original order!! Well, my credit card shows all 8 items were charged and paid to Simply Be. They now have the 7 items that I paid for and returned. They refunded my credit card for ONLY 2 items. They have had the other 5 items totaling $247.96 that I paid. All I want is my money refunded for items that I sent back to Simply Be a month ago. What a frustrating experience!

Why does the shipping take so long?

Maybe there is some aspect of shipping that causes the long waits to receive the products that I don't understand. But I was fairly surprised at how long it took me to get my order.

I should note that I'm in the US and have ordered from Europe before and nothing's ever taken almost 14 days to arrive.

It was my first time ordering with them. I give them 4 stars because the clothes I ordered are absolutely adorable and they fit beautifully. I'm just a bit uncomfortable with the shipping process and having a package floating around that long when my money is on the line. Otherwise no problems.

DO NOT USE- WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

I have returned 100's of dollars of items and once again not had refunds for returns- this is the THIRD TIME. I used this company in the UK for years, since moving to the USA I've tried again and it's AWFUL. I've just spent an hour on hold with three different departments being told there is no help available for me and being spoken over constantly by a poorly trained representative who came back and gave me the phone number for a UK customer service at $13 per MINUTE. I'm furious beyond words and will not stop until this 'customer service' call is pulled and listened to, until i get my money back and until something is done about the dreadful service and false promises made, I will plaster every social media outlet with my experiences until something is done. PLEASE AVOID-
edit: I wrote this while on hold (39 minutes- the representative has just transferred me to a number I don't have permission to access and cut me off.)
I have money in rewards I've never been able to use, the tracked delivery never offers updates, and when you send something back you have to chase for weeks to get correct refunds on items you don't have and pay interest on anyway.

NOT GREAT ANYMORE

USED TO LOVE THIS SITE ESPECIALLY ANGEL RIBBONS IT HAD A LARGE SELECTION AND GOOD PRICING NOW THER IS NO MORE ANGEL RIBBONS AND OVERPRICED SMALL SELECTION OF CLOTHES GO TO ZULILY HALF THE PRICE AND PRETTIER CLOTHES AND NEW SELECTIONS EVERY DAY

sizing doesn't match & crappy service

Don't order from them, their sizing does match what they say in their website as I got a jacket that was two sizes bigger than described in their size guide. It took them ages to answer my enquiry and eventually got: "sorry madam for the inconvenience".

wont buy again!

my wife bought 4 bras size 38p they sent 4 bras that where 38k. tried to return they never sent return label as they said. contacting again for the 6th time. dont wast your money and time with them.
