Excellent personal customer service, quick delivery and nice products!

I found the customer service to be shocking Royal Mail delivered my parcel to the wrong address when I contacted simply beach they told me to deal with Royal Mail to find my parcel. I advised this was not for me to do and requested a refund I never got a response. I will not use them again.

This is the first time I contacted Simply Beach, I needed advice about swimwear. I spoke to Abby who was able to answer all my questions and more. She was so friendly, helpful and professional but most of all had patience and understanding about my queries.

Prior to going away for a month I ordered a couple of bikinis from this place. I tried both on really quickly and instantly knew they weren’t right so posted the return and went abroad. Upon my return a month later I was ‘delighted’ to find a solitary bikini top in my Mail with a handwritten note stating it could not be refunded due to damage. I inspected the top to find there was indeed a snag, but I was completely baffled how I could have caused this as I don’t wear any jewellery that could have snagged it and the top literally stayed on less than a minute as I knew straight away it wasn’t suitable. Really annoyed at being almost £70.00 down and a bikini top that doesn’t match any of my existing bikini bottoms I phoned customer service. The lady was completely dismissive and disinterested but I insisted that I wanted photos of the bikini top prior to it being sent to me to confirm the snag wasn’t already there and a complaint raised. I’ve heard nothing since and it’s been about two months. Terrible customer service. I won’t be using them again

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size but Jo corrected it the very next day and sent me the correct one. Didn't even wait for return item, great customer service.

Brilliant product and lovely efficient to deal with company when I accidentally posted them a return for a completely separate company!!

I did not received my order which was my gift for Christmas. So was very disappointed by nice picture of swimsuit and lost money. Do not trust this site.

This was not a recent purchase just for the sake of accuracy. I just wanted to leave a retrospective review though to say how amazing the swimsuit I ordered for my wife was. It was made by Aguaclara and called a Tigress of the Jungle one piece animal print swimsuit. It was absolutely stunning!
Far too sexy to wear at a public pool or the beach but there's a time and a place as the saying goes and it was perfect for the private pool and hot tub that we hire. My wife always keeps in shape and she looked incredible in it! No prizes for guessing what she's wearing in the photo I have as her contact photo on my phone!

Awesome customer service! Sam was excellent, she accommodated all my request in a fast, efficient and kind manor. Very pleased so far. Excited to receive my purchase! So many gorgeous suits, hard to choose just one. Thanks again.😊

Great service definitely recommend this company

Have bought things from Simply Beach before, with no problems. Bought 2 swimsuits, sent 1 back as it was not a good fit on me, and my money was reimbursed promptly. Kept the second one, but wasn't certain, then decided against it - by which time I'd deleted the record and thrown away the packaging. Dawn at the company found the order no and details for me and talked me through how to process it. Above & beyond normal service.

Customer Services are first class. Their replies and immediate and they don't give up until the problem is solved. My swimsuits are great and I will definitely shop again

The customer service team are extremely helpful and very responsive. I returned an item and was worried it had not got to them so emailed, they were patient and looked into it for me confirming the same day that they had received it. The swimwear is also lovely so I would recommend shopping here.

My experience of Simply Beach as been great.
Although one of my 2 hats I ordered was faulty their customer service, they
responded to my emails very quickly, and it was resolved to my satisfaction.
My friend has also emailed about stock availability for an items and they came back very quick.

Top quality swimwear with an efficient service and lovely packaging!

They sent the wrong size in everything and it's going to cost me £3 to return. What a waste of my time!!!!! Would never order again.

I was hunting for websites for unique, stylish swimwear and I stumbled across Simply Beach. All I can say is I wish I'd of found Simply Beach sooner.

Firstly, I was impressed that if an item was out of stock and due to be re-stocked you could enter your email address and Simply Beach would email when it was back in stock! I always miss out on items that I like so I was so happy when I received that email. I ordered straight away.

Secondly, delivery was free and wow it came quick.

Lastly, one of the items I ordered didn't fit - I returned the item (free delivery too) on the Thursday and by the Tuesday I'd had an email to say I'd been refunded and the money was back in my account the next day! I shop online a lot and most refunds take weeks to process.

From experience, I really couldn't fault Simply Beach and clearly others agree - look how great their feedback is!

I should probably also mention how amazing the swimwear is at Simply Beach. If I could, I'd have it all! You won't be disappointed.
