Simply Cornish Hampers Reviews 

I received a Simply Cornish Hamper by post. It contained no message or any indication of who had sent it. I telephoned the company who admitted that this is not the first time that customers have experienced this. However they claim that a) it was the fault of the purchaser and b) data protection legislation means that they cannot say who sent the gift. Firstly I do not believe their claim that the customer is at fault and secondly there is clearly a problem with their software that they need to correct. The person I spoke to had no interest in resolving this at all. I was told to phone round all my friends and relatives and see if any had sent it.
Do not use this company as a gift service. They appear to have no interest in achieving customer satisfaction.

Bought a Cream Tea Hamper as a surprise gift for my mom. She absolutely loved it. Really really tasty and fresh. Extremely well presented. True taste of Cornwall’s delights. Superb food and the staff at Simply Cornish Hampers are really friendly, helpful and an absolute joy to deal with. Can’t speak highly enough of the hamper and the tremendous service. First rate! I’m hooked. Will definitely be buying more hampers in the future for family and friends!

A lovely range of food sent, spot on for the Corning experience. Beautifully presented and wrapped. Tasted delicious ... shame there was no jam for the scones (minor)!
Delivered on the day expected and updates for the delivery was helpful.

Great scones and jam was delicious. Postage I thought was pricey but it was worth it.

Sadly I did not get the opportunity to taste the Cornish Cream Tea hamper as it was a gift, but I am told that it was beautifully packaged and a delicious treat.It was delivered on the day it was needed. Perfect.

I absolutely love these hampers. I’ve just ordered one for my brother and it arrived just two days after I’d ordered it. The hamper was well packaged and I was told by text the time it would be delivered. My brother was delighted with his “taste of the West Country”. I’ve had these hampers before and will be definitely be ordering another one soon.

Wonderful gorgeous fresh baked scones with clotted cream dolloped with a big lump of strawberry jam to sink your teeth into. Hmm! delicious, then washed down with a fantastic cup of tea. Hmm!, Hmm!, Hmm! what more do you want? Fantastic....................
