I received my order really fast so I'm not sure why there are so many reviews about slow shipping. I am very happy with my purchase and even referred someone here. I'll be shopping again.

Once again no response from this company! Customer services should be fired! Shocking experience again!

I host a local MN podcast, and partnered with Simply Crafted via their affiliate program. After directing no less than $1200 in sales towards their website via our direct referral code the company has disabled their affiliate program and will not pay the funds owed as a result. In addition, I have spoke with representatives of ownership on multiple occasions, and although he is professional and courteous, they have not responded in multiple weeks to my requests for a conversation to find resolution to this situation. This has gone from the simple matter of a company refusing to return phone calls to a company actively seeking to not pay funds that are owed.

I ordered 2 vape pens and received 2 cartridges. It sucks because the description says vape pens . The first vape I received a month ago was dripping in oil and I tried to contact them and no response .

So I firstly wanna say this company is AMAZING. I bough my first gummies (the ultra high blue razz ones) for my first time ever taking gummies. It was INSANE. I felt like the best version of myself and ever since I can’t stop coming back. I bought the dab pen after that and it’s still going! (Been abt two months with me using it more than twice a day) I just placed another order and got money off because they do points after every purchase!!! I love this brand and will keep coming back :-)

Hello internet! I bought this pen after my first one took a dive, and let me tell you about this one. I lost it for over 3 months and THEN this pen SOMEHOW survived a washer and dryer cycle and I picked it up and was back to vaping yet again. Personally I use it for my THC and CBD products so I don't know how effective it is with nicotine but I would recommend it for new and old users alike.

Is this company still in operation. I've tried several times to contact them...phones ring, no-one answers messages, emails or queries. I placed an order for shipment to the UK. Usually I get a shipment notification or at least a message back. This company has so much potential but customer services is giving them a bad name.

Company says that once the delivery organization takes the order they refuse to be responsible for appropriate delivery. Company refused to resend order or refund money.

I ordered my products 1 month ago, I payed and then after one month I sent them 4 mails to know if the parcel has been send and still now Ihave got no reply at all. I think is a fake site, I lost money and nobody answer back. Very bad experience

Yesterday, I received my package with two bottles of CBD tincture. I was upset because one of the bottles leaked and was empty by the time the package arrived. I gave my review a tentative 1-star but said that I would return to give Simply Crafted a "5" if they would contact me and send me a replacement. Lo and behold, I saw an email from them first thing the following morning, apologizing for what happened and promising to send me a new bottle. I searched for the review that I wrote yesterday to modify it, but couldn't remember which review site to find - and had no luck finding it. So, I'm starting over and granting them a "5" for their diligence and dedication. I've purchased from other companies but was disappointed in their sales tactics. But the staff at Simply Crafted doesn't play mind games and delivers as promised. I recommend them to anyone who is seeking a cannabis company that is honest and delivers good products. Thank you!

I was pretty worried at first because it was taking awhile to get here and I thought maybe it wasnt coming, but it turned it out it got delivered to my neighbor. Luckily they brought it to me eventually and it was definitely worth the wait at any rate!
