Despite separately contacting, regarding classing the IOM as international shipping (when it isn't) nobody has bothered to respond.

This is how businesses should be run. I have used these guys for a few years now and the quality of their product is unquestionably the best out there. I order online and within 24 to 36 hours my parcel is with me.
Had a problem ordering months ago and it was sorted immediately when I phoned them.
If I could give you 10 stars I would.

No fuss customer service
Been using these guys for about 5 years for my regular monthly orders. In all that time I've only had 2 issues- one parcel that didn't arrive and one that was short. In both cases they resolved the issue straight away with no fuss or chuntering.
As a result I continue to place my order every month, knowing that they have a long-term view of customer relations and that I'm in good hands. Would recommend to anyone.

Superb customer service
During a purchase their website went down and after enquiring, customer service responded within an hour offering either a refund or extra juice with the purchase. Absolutely first class customer service and communications. Would highly recommend for all things vape related.
