Poor service
Placed an order, then received a dispatch email, so was expecting delivery the next day. The next day comes then I get a call saying the item I ordered was out of stock and could I choose a different colour, they only had girly colours left, so I just asked for a refund which was done very quick to be fair. The issue I have is why take the order and send a dispatch email when the stock wasn’t in? The whole point of me ordering the item was I needed it on the day it should have been delivered. Poor service and not in a hurry to use again.
