Preordered never arrive on release
I'm absolutely fed up and sick of buying preordered games from simplaygames. The last few months there games have came a week late because of there suppliers not delivering simply games the stock. Preordered avatar frontiers of pandora on PS5 and emailed simplygames to be notified I won't get my game few days after release and apologied & they also gave me a free upgrade on my delivery for skull and bones. I had skull and bones premium edition preordered for over 2 years since it got delayed and didn't want a refund. Now the games coming out on the 13th I expected simplygames to be shipping copies out today on the 12th of February.
So I emailed them and guess what, got a email saying " they have been let down by there suppliers " so once again I won't get my game until few days after release. They offered me to buy the standard edition with £10 off. But I clearly don't want the standard edition when I already bought and gave them the money for premium edition. Or offered me a refund to buy from my local store when there clearly out of stock with a day before release. They clearly are a joke now & I'm absolutely disappointed with this company! They used to be amazing sending game out, but now they falling. Sick to death of getting let down by them!!!

Pokémon products: ordered 2 Elite trainer box’s and the packs were open, appeared photocopied and inconsistent with legitimate packs. Customer service weren’t interested in resolving although evidence provided.
