I have been having nano tip extensions for years, decided to try simply hair ones, quality of the hair is okay and the colour match is so great for my hair, but they are the most uncomfortable awful hair extensions I’ve ever had , I can’t even describe how sharp and painful they are, I want to rip them out they are that bad. I’ve never wasted so much money, I had them removed and put back in with the advise of simply hair and they are still terrible and so uncomfortable. I’m so disappointed and upset, I’ve never left a bad review anywhere but I feel I had to leave this to share how bad my experience was

Perfect! Love it! Only negative is the plastic tops quite a few of them have slipped out but doesn’t really matter as can be redone! I do love them though so happy to of found this place! And super fast delivery!!

I’m extremely disappointed with SimplyHair. I had their hair extensions professionally fitted and within just one month, the hair turned a brassy orange tone. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering they state the extensions should last a minimum of 3 months.
When I reached out to their customer service team, instead of acknowledging the fault, they told me to use a Malibu C Hard Water treatment. I followed their suggestion and even had my professional hairdresser repeat the treatment — it made absolutely no difference. The discoloration remained, which clearly indicates the hair is either poor quality or improperly processed.
Despite this, they’ve refused to issue a refund and instead insisted that I remove the extensions from my head and post them back to be “assessed.” How is it reasonable to expect a customer to go through the time, expense, and inconvenience of taking out professionally fitted hair just to prove that a product they supplied is faulty?
Their handling of the situation has been dismissive and unhelpful from start to finish. No accountability, no care for customer satisfaction, and no fair resolution. I’ve been left with unusable, orange-toned extensions after spending a significant amount of money.
I would strongly advise others to avoid SimplyHair — both for the poor product quality and the unacceptable customer service. I’ll be pursuing this further through small claims court if necessary.
