Great Experience Despite Late Delivery

Good communication of fulfillment delay, constant contact until resolution and a fair response to the late delivery. I think five stars is reasonable. Although something went wrong, they made good and kept me informed along the way.

I bought four new LED units for my bathroom last year. Last month two of them started strobing! I got the electrician who fitted them back & he said the units are faulty. I emailed SimplyLED, no acknowledgement other than an automated response & I have tried to call but the telephone number is permanently engaged. I am so disappointed & cannot put the lights on in my bathroom which are needed as we approach autumn nights.

Great customer service

Easy to navigate website, item in stock and despatched quickly. Tracked delivery arrived quickly too. As described, working as expected. Very pleased.

Great customer service

Unfortunately a couple of the items arrived damaged. Within a few minuets of me calling the company the replacements were in the post and recieved the next day. They were really professional and great in dealing with my issue. Was top notch customer service and would highly recommend them.

Lack of necessary contact

Order placed on a Friday- understanding that the 2-4 days shipping time would mean my shipping time would start from Monday (after the 3pm Friday cutoff). Rang company on Wednesday before office closing hours as online says order not fulfilled yet. Person that could tell me if my £1000 order would arrive on Friday as needed isn't in. No one else knows answer. Waiting now till Thursday to find out where my lights are and when they will arrive, while my electrician is booked for the Friday afternoon and may need rebooking. No email to state that they need to order parts before they can ship my lights to me - if I hadn't phoned and checked my electrician would have billed me for unused time. Not very happy at the moment. Should probably not ask for a review before my goods have even arrived.
