Be aware. Product is produced in UK which could cause delays. Nowhere is there an indication that you are dealing with overseas. Production times show 4-5 days. I paid for 2 day shipping. After 8 business days, my item still had not arrived nor had I received any communication. Apparently my product was lost in production or shipment. Customer service was pleasant and was willing to reproduce the item but not refund my 2 day shipping costs for a product that was going to be 3 weeks late. Unacceptable.

The gift turned out wonderful! And it got to me quickly! My husband loves it ;-)

Exactly what we ordered. We are very pleased with the finished product.

I have no complaints with this company. When I had questions, I had to email them and wait for a response. I was impressed how fast I got those responses and how my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Product came within the time frame given and was exactly as I had expected.

The book looks wonderful and it will make a great birthday present to everyone who wants to know what happend all those years on their birthday.

WHEN I FIRST SAW THESE BOOKS I WAS SO EXCITED TO PURCHASE THE BOOKS...WHAT A WONDERFUL GIFT FOR SOMEONE....I PURCHASED THE "DAY AT THE ZOO"... BESIDES IT BEING ADORABLE IT ALSO HAS A STORY AND HISTORY INFO ABOUT EACH ANIMAL...VERY EDUCATIONAL FOR ANY AGE...

This company is located in the UK --there is no apparent place where it tells you that you are dealing with a UK based company. When purchasing a product from them it describes the order being "dispatched" in 3-8 days. While the word dispatch is not commonly used in the US - one would assume that met that it would be delivered within 3-5 days "std delivery"

From the time I ordered this item until I received it was in excess of 24 days. They have a distribution facitlity in NJ so one would assume that items would be shipped fro NJ -- When the customer service rep finally told me my order was being shipped -- it shipped from the UK -- Also they were not able to provide me with a tracking # so I could see when I might receive my order.

I would be very careful about ordering from this organization - especially if you needed the item with a quick turn around.

I was excited to see the coasters and when they arrived they were everything I was hoping they’d be! Super cute. Great addition to the brand new basement.

We ordered the framed front page newspaper and it was amazing. We will definitely order from Simply Personalized again.

Ordered an item on November 28 and it has still not arrived. Never received a confirmation order. Was told the address was wrong and had to pay shipping again. Paid it January 22 and it still has not been received. I’ve called multiple times and gotten nowhere. Today someone said she’d call me back in a few mi it’s with tracking info and an hour later I hadn’t heard back so I called and the phones were no longer being answered (10 minutes before they supposedly close). You can only call 9-12 Monday thu Friday also. Why kind of operation is this? Honestly seems like a scam to me as I’ve paid them almost $100 and received nothing. I’ve made complaints to the FTC and BBB and am disputing the credit card payment at this time. Awful customer service.

Personalized Coco book made a 5 year old girl's birthday complete.

I requested within minutes of placing my order to add a gift note. I was told it was too late because the order had already been processed. What makes it most frustrating is that it didn't show up at my client's for 2 weeks. While the postage could have been slow, it just seems wrong.

This beautifully done book containing a historic chronicle beginning with the full edition of the Washington Post on the date my sister and brother-in-law married 50 years ago, followed by the front-page news reported on each of their anniversaries throughout the years was beautifully done--and greatly appreciated by the recipients. Very impressive and high quality gift.
