I wish i could give them negative stars, they dont update u with any information. when u wann to call them it has to be between 9 and 12, and they dont answer the call at those time also ,and uif ur lucky to get them they will have all kinds of worst service call annoying and nosiy, icing on the cake it takes them 10 days to provide the tracking number and when u insist on that they say looks like the package lost in transit(b/s), and they can replace that only after 15 days . Worst service never ever use them i strongly suggest that.

Turning ! comes with a Dinosaur party and the Dinosaur party would not be complete without a book with Rowans name in the story about his pet dinosaur.

The book was a gift for my Dad who turned 81. It was beautiful and very well done. The cover and the personal message were perfect. We also loved that there was a blank page with each newspaper page for notes for my Dad to make. One issue was that the writing was so small for someone his age to read. He had to get out a magnifying glass to read the articles. It brought back many memories that he had forgotten. Thank you. It’s a keepsake.

Ordering the book was very easy and the product delivered is everything that was advertised. The only thing I didn't really like is the lack of tracking of shipment, that needs improvement. With that said, the response from customer service was very timely and that was appreciated. We can't wait to give it to our grandson for his birthday.

Sorry to see the image was squeezed/distorted to fit the frame size. Minor change but when you go to the time/expense to get a reprint it should be perfect.

I have already answered this survey, and it is not likely that I will change my mind. However, if you want to read it twice: I am very disappointed with the product. It was not represented accurately on the company's web site. Meaning that one would have to use a magnifying glass to read the items on the page. That is not the way it looked on the purchase screen.
