Fast efficient service. Very pleased

Bought 2 pairs of Odlo 3/4 thermal leggings. One women XS and the other men S. The size were not the same as described (on Odlo website) and the men pair has a smaller waist than the women pair!!! Also, both pairs looked that they have been worn and stretched as fit were poor (have other Oldlo items which fitted much better). Have previously purchased from Simply Piste and was happy but this experience has put me off using them again. There wasn't even a delivery note and I am too busy to post them back. Sorry I would not recommend using Simply Piste.

Update: although I was not happy with the items purchased. I was very impressed with Simply Piste's approach to customer service. They e-mailed me after my review and offered a refund plus pre-paid sticker for the postage. The item has now been returned and refund received. It's often how a company respond to bad reviews/complaints that shows whether they are a company worth using or not. Well done for the good post order customer service.

Bought an Icebreaker Oasis top [ my third ]. It seemed to be in the post immediately. I was kept fully informed of delivery timing. Very efficient.

I found that the website was easy to use, the stuff that it said was 'in stock' was actually in stock - other websites have failed me on this. I ordered the items on one day and stuff was delivered the very next day. Will definately come back and use simplypiste again.

I was looking foo a snowsuit for my one year old and I'd done a fair bit of scouring the web. Really liked this one and, as is my habit, I googled the name of it to see who else sold it. Simply Piste came in about £20 cheaper then other websites (ebay and amazon included). Really quick delivery too - I am just about to recommend Simply Piste to a friend who are looking for a snowsuit for their 1yr old too ;)

I ordered a warm jacket for my son and was very happy with the description and quality of the jacket which I received.

The snowsuit i ordered is great. It is a Columbia snuggly Bunny snowsuit its made from very nice material and has polar inside. I just wanted my daughter to wear it during the whole winter but now when we received a smaller size I'm not sure that will happen.
The snowsuit fits her exactly now
