Please think carefully before ordering from this company.
One star as there is not an option for zero stars.
My experience was:- order placed and paid for mid December 24.
After no updates I contacted early Jan 25, company apologized and said order will be dispatched when stock comes in.
Again no updates, I contacted the company again Mid Jan 25. Received message Simply Ribbons has ceased trading, now called Ribbons 4 u.
Emailed ribbons 4 u, (same sales team, same phone number as previous company) who stated that they will be honoring all orders and apologized for delay due to manufacturer.
Again no updates, called company early Feb 25 for refund. Received an email order was dispatched Dec 24 (see above).
No refund received. Sales make all the right noises but don’t do anything. My intention is to report to Office of fair trading/trading standards. This company should not be allowed to trade.

I know this is a busy time but I must express my disgust in the customer services from simply ribbons
I placed an order on 30th November which I still haven’t received, I’ve sent 3 emails which no one has picked up and had the decency to even acknowledge, you can’t get hold of them by phone as it keeps saying the mailbox is full, how they can run a business like this I don’t actually no.
This ribbon was for a tree in the hospice where I work so now I’ve had to do it without it on.
Please don’t order from this company they are shocking!

They seem to off disappeared of the planet with my money, I placed an order on the 27th Nov, they are ribbons for my Christmas cupcake orders. Which go out next week…

Shocking experience

No replies to emails/messages, tried calling mailbox its full

Ordered ribbon, specified a particular font as they claimed to be able to print any font.
Ribbon was dispatched quickly, however, bears no resemblance whatsoever to what I asked for & is just a generic font.
Not impressed.

Having made my online order, I was kept up to date regarding delivery and my items arrived within 4 days. I ordered two large reels of recycled green satin ribbon. They are exactly as shown in the website. I’m happy with my order.

Ordered items on 2/12/21. Still not received,out if stock, no refund, no contact, rubbish customer service. Will never use this firm again, they do not deserve to have custom.
Such a shame, as quality of products is excellent, although delivery is painfully slow....even in June.
You need to buck up your ideas, Simply Ribbons.

I ordered some 50 mm black velvet ribbon on 11/03/21 and the money £14.30 cleared on 12/03/21.I haven't received the ribbon yet, or any aknowledgement. I sent an email for an update.
Joanne Moller managing director responded to my email query with "Thanks for your email . I’m sorry I don’t have a order on the system for you . Please could you send me the transaction ref from your payment ?" I sent her a photo of the transaction. I received no response and still haven't received the ribbon!

Terrible service. Christmas ribbon supplied in a craft kit bought in FEBRUARY!! They think this is an acceptable swap!!! Don’t order!
