Dropped off 2 bent wheels, I was assured they could straighten the wheels and if they cracked the wheels would be welded. They kept the wheels for 3 weeks, I had to contact them twice to find out how much longer they'd be. They cracked 1 wheel and wouldn't weld it and as a result didn't attempt to straighten the other. But they didn't charge me. Overall a disappointing experience.

Not only do they do a top quality job for a reasonable price, the customer service is top notch.
Jason is a perfectionist, and his team work so hard, and along with Caroline on the desk, they cannot be beaten.
Just had another set of wheels done by them, some OG M2 wheels, diamond cut with black gloss centres, and they could not be better if they were brand new.
Constant updates from Caroline, and over all, I don't know how anyone can give them less than 5 stars.

Left a set of wheels with them, took over a month to get them back, had to call to chase. I mistakenly let them put them in the car and did not check them before I left, but on arriving home the paint finish was poor with bits in the paint. They will need redoing. My impression is lack of attention due too much work and other customers were priority. Definitely not recommended which is a shame as little choice in the area.
Just had all four wheels refurbished in a chrome silver and they look amazing! The attention to detail is fantastic and I can’t recommend then enough.

The best bit is the wheel balance weights are the same colour as the wheels, so often tyre fitting business put black weights on silver wheels and vice versa, not Simply Wheels, silver on silver and black on black, that’s attention to detail.
