I ordered a battery, it arrived a month late, the items are not in Australia and therefore take a long time to arrive at their destination. The worst thing is that the battery does not work, they asked me for videos of the defect, they have not given me any news for days. Communication with them is slow, they respond with only one email every 24 hours but only on working days. I have not received a refund or a new battery.
