HANS device received eventually
HANS device received eventually.
Told 3 weeks at purchase, it arrived 6 weeks later with no replies to any contact I made for an update. I was about to cancel the order through payment company and claim money back.
Product fine, just don’t buy here if you are on a deadline...luckily the start of the season was pushed back or it would have been a very different story!

The seat belts needs to state lengths
The seat belts are great and love the colour range but I would like to see the length of the belts from the fixing points to the clip in fixing so I am not just ordering and hoping they are going to fit ok and not be to short or even to long order and hope

Excellent Service
I can't fault the service from Simpsonracing. Purchasing a helmet as a gift they were informative reassuring and extremely prompt delivery. Alas I ordered the wrong size however I do not think this will be an issue returning for a refund. 100% excellent.

I had placed orders for the same product with two other suppliers over the preceding two weeks. In both cases the orders had eventually collapsed and my money was eventually refunded. So it was with some suspicion that I eventually tried with Simpson’s to buy the two electric child’s balance bikes. I need not have worried. The order was traceable right to delivery
