Lethargic and lack of communication
So on the 11th of this month I’d ordered a new helmet. The order hasn’t made it to the point where the item has been posted (at the time of writing this). It’s now the 23rd.
I’ve ordered a new seat, exhaust, pegs (from other retailers) after I ordered this helmet and received them before it.
I’ve emailed the site a couple times now with no reply.
It’s just not good enough especially when spending premium helmet money.
I already own another Simpson helmet, so the issue is not quality of product. The helmets are totally top notch. Man are, Simpsonracing / Firestorm Racing Uk slow to dispatch and reply to emails.
