I spend every February volunteering in Israel. I install my own Israeli Sim in my phone on arrival & put away my Canadian Sim card for the duration of my trip. My Israeli friends are happy because they can call me on my same Israeli phone# every time I'm there. My Canadian friends know that they can call on my virtual Canadian # while I'm away. I wouldnt do this any other way!

This company are great- I have been using them since 2022-they are very helpful and clear with their communication and instructions. The whole process of purchasing a SIM online and picking it up from the shop at the airport is extremely straightforward and being able to use the same SIM for subsequent trips makes everything very easy. I am so glad I found them because my whole experience was very reassuring-especially as Israel was new and abit daunting to me when I first went. Thank you SIMtoIsrael!

SIMtoIsrael is my go-to provider for my trips to Israel. I've never had any troubles with it—the data is top speed and service never cuts out. I've used it in the past with a physical SIM card; this time I used the digital SIM. Both were easy and worked perfectly. I highly recommend using SIMtoIsrael.

SIMtoIsrael has provided our tour groups with SIM cards since 2018. They have always provided a great price, cell service and customer service. The only issues we have ever had have been from tour members who did not make sure their phone was unlocked, which SIMtoIsrael clearly instructs you to do. Even in those situations, SIMtoIsrael helped to find a solution. They will remain the only option for our group travel.

This is the second time I've used SIMtoIsrael. The first time was in 2019, and I kept the SIM card for future use. For this year's trip, I bought eSIMs for my family, but I reactivated mine, and it worked perfectly! Their customer service is excellent, setup was simple, the instructions are very easy to follow, and we had internet access the entire time from the moment we arrived at the airport. I will definitely continue using their service in the future. I highly recommend them.

I've been using this company for years, and just wanted to leave a quick review. I really can't say enough good things about the service. I'm sure you can find cheaper options, but the customer service with this company is exceptional. You can call or email them, and you'll get a response, usually within minutes. I've been using their physical SIM cards: I stick it in my phone on the plane and it always works the second I land. Highly recommended.

Simply amazing. Originally had my SIM card delivered in 2023 but had to cancel my travel (due to obvious reasons) and SIMtoIsrael saved my credit for future use. They went above and beyond to provide me with an eSIM after so many months. Nothing but praise for their customer service.

Absolutely the best Customer Service!
I have nothing but praise for sim to israel. First, i paid for the service back in 2020 but covid came so i didnt come to Israel. They still honored my purchase 3 years later. Recently the US phone number did not work and within 30 minutes they had a new sim card available for me. They have the best customer service ever!!!!

They were great! The sims worked and it was easy to set up. The manufacturer of the sims forgot to send the phone card info to SIMtooIsrael, but before I even knew this, SIMtoIsrael reached out to me to let me know. I had not checked my email and therefore missed their first and second email. However, they kept following up. I finally checked my email when my sim cards didn't work. I replied to their email and they immediately activated my card and wrote back. I thought I would have to wait a day or so for them to reply, but to my surprise they were fast and immediate. Customer service is great, and I highly recommend this company.
