I order 2 Tubeless Tyre Repair Kit Order #SIN19195
I never got my order even though the tracking number that they gave me says that it was delivered but it never made it to my house and it only show the town that it was delivered to not the location. I have tried to contact them with the email address that they have on there website. I have been waiting 7 days for a response from them and 30days for what i have order. And the tracking number they gave me doesn't even say what carrier will be dropping it off so you can call them to verify where the package is.
Will not buy anything from them again unless this gets fixed

Scam. Beware. Tracking says delivered but the item never shows up. Seller can’t be reached via email.

I ordered from this company and paid via Paypal. The item said delivered, but it never was. I disputed this with Paypal and the case was refused as the tracing said delivered. The company does not reply to emails. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.

Stay away from this fraud company!! They just steal your money. I ordered items from them because I saw them on TikTok. The price on the website is too good to be true, that is the hook. I don't how they are still online! They give a fake tracking number to make you believe they are a real company. The fake courier is a fraud Chinese company. It claims that is was delivered but nothing. I was home at the time delivery was suppose to happen. I paid through PayPal and asked for a refund. I hope to get the soon. STAY AWAY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Absolute scam of a company. Order to electric car jacks. Followed the tracking and said items had been delivered even though they hadn't. Contacted company and supposedly sent more out and trackingi said they'd been delivered again and they hadn't

I ordered 2 magnetic cameras on TikTok, and I was leery over the low price, but I've ordered many items on TikTok and never been scammed before. This was the first one that wasn't through the TikTok Shop though. Unfortunately I never received the items, despite them claiming they were delivered on 10/01/24. I made the mistake of not looking the company up before I ordered. I disputed it through PayPal (another red flag they wouldn't allow any other payment method), and I am waiting for their determination. Of note, they give a tracking number but it's fake. The company ZYYM isn't a shipping company and there wasn't a tracking number or name provided for an actual delivery company.

Don’t trust this company. I ordered a portable touchscreen monitor I saw advertised on TikTok and recieved a false tracking number. Item never arrived.

Definitely a fake shop. that's why they do not offer PayPal, only credit cards. Lost some hundred bucks.

I bought an item than never was delivered. The contact mail is fake. No way to cantact the seller. Big SCAM!

Scam. They provide a fake tracking number, and nothing ever arrives. Since they have provided tracking, PayPal won’t refund your money. Stay away from this company.

Very ordered smooth 5 gimbal from site item failed to be delivered and cannot contact company by phone or email to rectify

Do not trust this company! I made the mistake of ignoring my “if it’s too good to be true” gut feeling after seeing an advertisement on TT and now 4 weeks after placing an order I had to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back. My sister who ordered the same item day’s prior to myself is also having the same issue.
This company is a scam do not fall for it.

Scam - after waiting 6weeks no items were delivered, despite their fake tracking stating it had arrived at destination.
They do not respond to email communications.

Paypal refunded immediately.
