Order cancelled, promised refund didn't happen.
Made an order on 17th NOV.
After amendments, auto request for proof will be sent to me. Original Order $102, but was told to top up $30 to upgrade material etc, I made both payments via PayPal accordingly. But the proof from the automated system is always wrong and each time I feedback about this, a different person will reply and the wrong thing will come back again.
After a few round of frustrations dealing with the wrong proof, I decided to cancel my order on the 7th DEC 2022. Was promised refund within 5-7 business days.
9th JAN 2023
Still no refund from Paypal. I emailed and was told that person in charge on leave and it is being processed and they will need ANOTHER 5-7 business days to update me.
18th JAN 2023.
Still no refund of my $132 as yet, so I am writing this review now. Calls to the company at 530pm went unanswered as well.

Ease in Navigation with no technical jargons
It was easy to navigate and upload own design on your site. Clear tracking process for user. Good experience
Jane was helpful in assisting me. Delivery was fast. Quality of stickers is good. But just that the sticker is hard to peel off. Should have a opening tip For easy peeling.

Great service and quality product
It was a good buying experience at Singa. I was concerned that the artwork I submitted did not meet printing expectation, but the friendly staff made the necessary changes for me. Product was very well packaged and arrived quickly. With the clear instructions available on their website, I was able to use my lettering decals correctly. Product was of high quality and I am very pleased with the result. Will purchase from them again in future.
