Stay away from singer.com and save your time and money.
Placed an order on 13th, order# 317373 and It was marked as completed on 14th and charged my cc. It was just a creation of shipping label and never got shipped. UPS could not do anything. Had to call several times and no useful answers were given. They better know their policies, what you see on the checkout page is not what customer service have in their books. They don’t try to help you, instead try to cut you off by giving generic useless answers. Their live chat sucks, you will need to answer tons of questions to end up nowhere. Stay away and save your time and money.

Excellent customer service
I had a nightmare with one of Singer's authorised dealers who messed me about with an online order and I eventually contacted Singer to see if they could help. They were brilliant, replying to me within the hour and had it all sorted for me within two hours, when I'd been tearing my hair out with this other company for days. Very impressed with their customer service and their commitment to resolve issues which weren't even of their making. Brilliant.

Small, not heavy, but sews and holds up great. Have been using it quite heavily for months now and would not hesitate to recommend it. Its not pretty, but its a work horse.
