The Power On/off button also overheats. It gets incredibly hot... At least to the point where you can't even touch it.. I don't recommend anyone to buy ZTE phones (especially not from Singer dealers.. After service is the last resort)..

Faulty Products and Poor Customer Service
Extremely disappointed with the service and honesty of this store. My parents bought a rice cooker from this company - singer mega gampaha and the product had an electrical short circuit the very first time it was plugged in. This is a serious safety issue. We returned it to the store and they claimed it was repaired, but when we brought it back home and plugged it in again, the exact same problem happened.
What is even worse is the way the staff handled the situation. When my parents called to speak with the branch manager, they were repeatedly told for two days that the manager was “not in the seat” and that he would call back. No call ever came. However, when I called the branch directly, the manager was clearly there. This shows a complete lack of honesty and responsibility toward customers.
Selling faulty electrical appliances and then avoiding customers instead of solving the problem is unacceptable. This kind of behavior puts customers at risk and shows very poor customer service. I strongly advise others to think twice before buying from this place unless they improve their product quality and customer support.

We purchased a Singer Smart Fridge (Model: GEO-SM-265-NF) about 6 years ago. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing.
Within the warranty period, the fridge developed a cooling problem. Singer replaced it after about one month.
The second fridge had the same issue and was replaced again.
After the 6-month warranty, the third fridge also developed the same cooling problem within one year, but we could not claim warranty.

Dell laptops of poor quality
I'm not recommending to buy laptops from Singer Sri Lanka. Both my laptops were defective at the time of purchase and the second one that they gave me replacing the defective one is also defective. Customer service was the worst. I gave my laptop to them, one technician said it has an SSD issue observing the blue screen message and asked permission for formatting the SSD. Since I have some important data on my laptop ask them to give me my SSD for backup, and are I asked to test with their testing SSD. It has been 5 days, and I haven't got any updates. They gave a contact which is for common customers even though nobody attended the call 0117572400. The assigned person did not reply or answer the call which was mentioned in their singer care app. I was frustrated and went there and asked, but they said they need one more week. I was frustrated & decided to take back my laptop, and they gave another Whatsapp number in case of enquiry, even though that contact also did not reply.
The reason they said for not testing or repairing is they don't have any spare SSD & using HDD to check the system took them days !
I can accept that testing may take time, but its good to update. Because no work can be done without a laptop especially if you are a techi guy & have to get all the blame from the office & setting up another laptop is a headache.
FYP : For all of these situations I talked calm & polite, But I would say this is the worst customer service ever. Not expected from singer.
