Bought plenty of clothes over the years from Sinners,which are really good quality. But giving them a 1 star as my wife has already e-mailed them and been fobbed off,she ordered me a top for Christmas which the DPD delivery driver left on our front door step on a main road and was stolen.
When contacting Sinners about it my wife was told to contact the police for a crime number and sort it herself!
Disgraceful as far as I’m concerned not offering any help when it’s there delivery service at fault!

This was our first order. Shipped to Spain. Easy to track. Dispatch was same day as the order. Customer service response was within hours not days. The clothes are great quality for the price Im so happy. I ordered many things for my son after he found the site. I was thinking it would be high street quality, how wrong, IT'S BETTER, far better. From the material, stitching even the tags everything screams quality. I wish they did womens clothes of the same quality. This will definitely be the place I will get my son to shop in future. Well done, quality and customer service is non existence these days and Sinners have both.

Este fue nuestro primer pedido. Enviado a España. Fácil de rastrear. El envío se realizó el mismo día del pedido. La respuesta del servicio al cliente fue en cuestión de horas, no días. La ropa es de gran calidad para el precio que tiene. Estoy muy contenta. Pedí muchas cosas para mi hijo después de que él encontrara la página web. Pensaba que sería de la misma calidad que la ropa de las tiendas, pero qué equivocada estaba, ES MEJOR, mucho mejor. Desde el material hasta las costuras, incluso las etiquetas, todo rezuma calidad. Ojalá hicieran ropa de mujer de la misma calidad. Sin duda, este será el lugar donde mi hijo comprará en el futuro. Bien hecho, la calidad y el servicio al cliente son inexistentes hoy en día y Sinners tiene ambas cosas.

Order never showed up , even after receiving messages saying delivered ? Think it's a scam myself. I was informed my order had been delivered, unfortunately that never happened? Still waiting for my order that was delivered?
27/01/26 still no sign of my order even though dpd tracker says delivered. no photo of delivery?

Reason for a 3 star is simple if they offer next day delivery make sure to honour the purchase as people pay extra for the service. I’ll review my purchase separately when it comes in 2 days instead of my purchased next day delivery date.

Poor quality and when I tried to return they dragged everything out so long. Only got refund when I opened PayPal dispute and even then they deducted postage costs both ways. Too much hassle. Best to avoid.

Really great customer service and super speedy delivery! I’m not one to leave reviews on everything I purchase but I wanted to change a few items as I wrongly ordered the incorrect sizes, they didn’t make a fuss, once they received the items back they sent the different ones out immediately and with some free gifts! Really easy to communicate with via emailing as I needed to make sure my order amendments made sense! Really quick responses and delivery which is more than I can say for a very well known designer brand I recently have have two issues with and take weeks to correct their mistakes! Great service and very happy with the products

Love the style and fit of the cargos i bought, went back and bought more in different colours! Unfortunately they're not restocking them, but they do have lots more styles to choose from. Highly recommended Sinners Attire clothing!
