Product was of very high quality. Shipping was very fast as it arrived the next day (I live in Sweden). Return label was included in the packaging and my return was easy and free. Great customer service: very fast replies to my questions and they even sent a free cap since they thought the shirt I ordered was wrinkly (it was barely wrinkly and since it's linen that's expected).
The store send items in the complete wrong size - the size 50 in trousers must be in reality 58 ore more - completely useless. They didn't react to my emails - the online exchange function is not possible to use.
Articel is nice but, over 20€ for send something back, what doesnt fit is too much. For me a reason to dont buy there anymore!!!
The cost if a product does not fit (or if you could not pick it up) is way too high: €40! Plus, customer service is very slow; it takes several emails to get a response. This is a no-go for me.
