Sirona has exceptional standards towards the services they offer and to their employees. They are very professional people who have exceptional communication skills and make sure all staff are competent to carry out tasks. I have worked for them for sometime now and really am impressed on how they conduct their business and values. Working with Georgia whom I give a thumbs up has made me excel in my work. Right from the recruitment stage, I could tell Sirona had standards of professionalism.The rota is discussed and you are informed in advance of when you are supposed to come for shift and if you are unable to meet the specified dates, there is still negotiations as to when you can take shifts. Payment of wages is certain and comes on time.
