Lovely cacao ceremony
I did a cacao ceremony with Jenny which I can really recommend! It was a small group and the place looked very cosy, therefore it had warm and intimate vibes. During the ceremony we had a lovely guided meditation which felt like a beautiful journey.
Also the location Six and Sons was very nice. The owners were very warm and friendly! Great place to join an experience like this.

a bit chaotic
Ordered (and paid for) 2 products. Immediately received an email from the shop that I had to make a payment before they start processing the purchase. Kind of frustrating because the amount has clearly been written off from my bank account. I decided to wait.
Next day one of the two products turned out to be not on stock, the shop contacted me to suggest an alternative and even added a chocolate bar to the package (for the inconvenience, I assume).
4 stars because of my time spent on the unnecessary conversations with the shop. Online shopping should be simple, transparent and fast.

You are right - we often have a problem with having the stock on the website matching the stock of the store as there are times when the products are either not added correctly (human error), or misplaced. Sometimes Shopify adds items that are on draft to have them in inventory.
Definitely not perfect! We are a small business representing 150+ entrepreneurs and yes it can be a bit chaotic. We are always looking for new solutions to smooth out the imperfections and we do apologise for the inconvenience to our customers, it's definitely not something we are proud of.
We also wish it was much more straightforward, faster and able to create more transparency for our customers.

I am sorry that you have not received your package.
We sent you the parcel shipment details directly - please check your email.
If you had a problem with the delivery we also have a chat on our website to ask us to follow up. Unfortunately the shipping company is not owned by us and we cannot control if something has been delivered. What we can do is follow up and help you find your parcel with the reference provided to you.
We will look for the package and if it was not delivered find out why - if it is lost we can also refund you but again communication is key in order to insure you are not disappointed.

Good evening. Understandable you'd like to know more. According to our information, this parcel was sent to the country of destination on May 18th. Parcels to countries outside of Europe are allowed to take up to 25 days to be delivered. If the parcel still hasn't been delivered after June 11th, please contact us again to start an inquiry.
