So they convinced me to order by saying I’d only have to pay for delivery what was like £15+ I went ahead and ordered a octopus teddy and a towel for my dog back in October I still haven’t received it I’ve messaged them so many times for a refund for them to ignore me and also accused me of being a liar and that I had received my order when I 100% haven’t I asked them to prove it which I got ignored again!!! I wouldn’t shop here they are rude and you won’t get your items or a refund they are money scammers

Scammers!!!!! Will never send product. Paid over 200$ and never received anything and no one answers emails. Scam beware

You don't get your order, they send you an order confirmation and then you can't use it to get the url to dispute it with shop pay for not getting the order. Company doesn't answer phone or emails. The instagram profiles are suddenly blocked from me being able to message and find out what's going on. I've done these types of orders from three other companies and I actually got the product from them. Didn't think this one would be an issue.

A total scam company. This is another modus online to get money from the customer and consumer. This company will be going to ask you to be their ambassador. They will tell you that you can get a free item from them. You only need to share them on Instagram once you receive the Item. but you only need to pay for a small amount of shipping. the more you get the order the higher the shipping is. that is where they can get money from you. but at the end of the month, you keep waiting for your order but there is no product you will receive.
