Väärä tuote ja vastaamattomuus

Tilasin Myrnix-tuotteen huhtikuun 4. päivänä. Postista tuli ihan eri tuote, kuin mikä piti. Olin yritykseen yhteyksissä sähköpostitse kaksi kertaa enkä ole vielä tähän päivään mennessä saanut heiltä viesteihini vastausta.

Odotin reilu kaksi viikkoa heidän vastaustaan, jonka jälkeen olin Klarnaan yhteyksissä ja sain keskeytettyä maksun. En tiedä hoitiko Klarna myöhemmin asiaa mitenkään, mutta sain tänään 25.4. postista oikean tuotteen ja maksoin Klarnan kautta laskun.

Itselleni jäi yrityksestä huono maku, enkä tule todennäköisesti tilaamaan jatkossa yritykseltä mitään välttääkseni vastaavanlaiset ongelmat.

Hiirenloukku: Monipyydys 10

Ostin kaksi "Hiirenloukku: Monipyydys 10", niiden mukana ei tullut verkkovirta-adapteria kuten heidän google-translate tasoinen suomenkielinen sivunsa väitti. Mukanatulevasta ohjeesta ei edes selviä minkälainen adapterin tulisi olla, joten sellaista ei voi edes itse hankkia tuotetta täydentämään, mutta tälläkään ei ole väliä koska:

Kyseiset loukut eivät ole saaneet pyydettyä yhtään hiirtä koko talvena, siinä missä samassa tilassa käytetty kilpailijan tuote on pyytänyt yli kymmenen. Käytetty syötti on saman kaupan "Syötti rotta- ja hiiriloukkuihin 200g".

Tarkistakaa virheellinen käännöksenne, harkitkaa parempien tuotteiden myymistä näiden sijaan.
