I bought 2 boxes of the collagen masks and used 3 times a week over a few months. Iv had comments from friends and family how great my skin is looking and I didn't even realise it had got rid of my melasma pigmentation that Iv had for years until my cousin said "hey what are you using on your face, your melasma is gone". My skin feels plump but not as moisturised as I would like for older skin. The negatives is once you got it on its difficult to speak or eat as it comes loose around the mouth and doesn't stick so eat before using. Have a day or 2 break between each one, I tried 2 days in a row and my face became quite red. Postage was a bit slow but did eventually arrive and I'm in New Zealand.

After reading reviews, I was expecting to see some difference. I’ve worn the mask overnight on four occasions and it is less effective than my normal evening routine which involves applying a face oil. I’d describe my skin as ‘thirsty’ it absorbs oil, and my skin texture is very smooth. I felt the mask had a dehydrating effect on my skin, no glow or visible improvement.
I’ve worn the mask for three hours and there is minimal difference in my skin.
I’m pleased to hear that some customers have noticed an improvement in their skin texture and appearance.

Still haven’t had the parcel delivered. After it being 3 days late I contacted Skaind. They say they reply within 24 hours. Well it was a week later. Just to tell me here is a number try track your parcel on your own. Found out it was in South Africa at a post office far away. I requested the send it closer. The Skaind website now says it’s delivered and I still don’t know where. If they aren’t going to use a reliable courier service don’t offer delivery in South Africa. Wouldn’t recommend no one wants to deal with SA post office. Also they show it’s from America but all tracking is in Chinese so highly doubt the quality. And needing to constantly translate the tracking details is ridiculous

On their website, they have a trustpilot feed with 4.8 ranking and over 8k reviews which is why I purchased. Really disappointed to find out that there are only 53 reviews with 3 stars. Thankfully I ordered on my credit card so I can cancel my purchase. @trustpilot please help here. I have a screenshot of misuse on their website

I hate to say it, but based on my experience, this website and its products appear to be a scam.

I placed an order for 18 masks and have never received anything. The tracking number I was given leads to a vague website, partly in Chinese, with no clear information on the shipment's location or status.

I’ve emailed the company multiple times with no response whatsoever. The complete lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

At this point, I’m left feeling disheartened and out of pocket, with no product and no support. I sincerely hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.

If the company is legitimate, I urge them to contact me and make this right — but until then, I cannot recommend this website or its products.

Regarding my specific order from Skaind, it was a long drawn out process with a lot of issues that could have been simply resolved by the merchant providing accurate updated tracking information for when the delivery changed carriers. But the moral of the story is that the product was indeed shipped and received and the concerns of this item being a scam has been put to rest and I hope that it help ease others with concerns on their own purchases.

However, I am not willing to go through this process again and personally will be abstaining in the future

My order was never delivered. Skaind says I refused it (I didn’t). The courier company told me the tracking number they gave me didn’t exist. They still refused to refund my money. DO NOT ORDER!

spent almost $150 on a Skaind order that never arrived, and the way this has been handled has been incredibly disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility, the supplier and the courier keep pointing fingers at each other, leaving me with nothing. As a paying customer, being dismissed like this is unacceptable.

I expect Skaind to step up and resolve this matter immediately — either deliver the product I paid for or issue a full refund without further delay. Anything less is poor customer service.

Bought products from Skaind X2 mists and X2 packs of face masks. Firstly, the address that I used for delivery was my residential address, waited for over a month to receive my products only to find out that it was sent to a post office in kenilworth and had to pay taxes and duties costing me over R700, mind you that I already folked out over R1000 for the products. Eventually get the products and it does not do what it says it does, left my face feeling dry and sticky. I would like a refund but let’s see if they actually give peoples money back who aren’t happy or haven’t had a great experience with this product.

Both the face n neck mask does not adhere to the skin. Put it on and from the time I walk from bathroom back to bed, it slips off.
Maybe that is why they send you a face mask shield which loops round your ear to hold down the face shield.
U don’t get this problem with other brands of face masks.
Very very disappointing.

Can Skaind share how do you keep the mask on? And it has no moisture when being used. It just has a gel like feel and after more than one hour, it still looks the same n just slips when I turn my head.

Order did not arrive to my house, ended up temporarily held at the post office unbeknownst to me. Parcel tracker showed it was returned to Skaind after a period of time, then abandoned. My email requesting a refund has not yet been responded to.

I ordered 3 packs of 18 face masks and only one pack of 9 arrived, I emailed and messaged without any reply or resolution, just multiple requests for my order no (33090). So disappointed because I really didn’t believe this was a scam, but it either is a scam or just terrible customer service for a mistake they made!! Disappointed

I love my masks. There was a noticeable difference after 1 use. My skin felt wonderful when I removed the mask- hydrated and plumped up, the lines were significantly less.

I loved them so much that i ordered more. Unfortunately there is a real problem with their delivery service. There is no option for delivery without signature. I got an email saying that it would be at the DPD pickup location which was over 45 minutes away. I went there but there was no package. I wrote to Skaind and got a prompt reply to say it was at a drop off location in my village. I went there, but there was no parcel either. I’m waiting for a new reply from Skaind and hope they will dispatch me another order because I really like the product.

Unbeatable value for money.

It may seem expensive but apart from the fact that the product is EXCELLENT quality, each box lasts me about 2 months.

I use 1-2 masks a week and I've been using them for 1 month and I still have half the box left, I love the product, it smells good, it's refreshing, moisturizing, resistant. It does everything it promises
