Excellent customer service
I had an issue with my order after I accidentally used an old delivery address. I contacted customer service, and they quickly confirmed that the address had been updated. Unfortunately, due to a technical issue, the old address was still printed on the shipping label, so the parcel was delivered to the wrong address.
While this was understandably frustrating, what really stood out was how Skatedeluxe handled the situation. They immediately acknowledged that the mistake was on their side, kept me updated throughout the process, contacted UPS on my behalf, and, when it turned out that the main item from my order was no longer available, they processed a full refund without any hassle.
A special thank you to Lukas from the customer service team. He was friendly, transparent, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Mistakes can happen with any company, but what matters is how they're resolved—and Skatedeluxe handled it professionally and fairly.
I'll definitely shop with them again. Highly recommended!

Almost perfect
