I purchased two items for my grandson but at separate times in the day. On hindsight I should have ordered them together which meant that I paid a cheaper combined postage.
Anyhow, I contacted Skatehut to see if my error could be amended before the two items were sent separately, but I was too late.
However having said this, Megan was still able to organise a goodwill gesture for me --- very impressed!

We were really disappointed to find the wheels missing from the box and were also expecting the wheel plug to come with the shoes. We were eventually passed to Amy who sorted the issue swiftly and although the wheel plug didn’t accompany this particular product, she added these in too. Had to exchange an item due to damage in transit and received excellent customer service. Had swift contact from two members of the team - Amy and Jess - who arranged for the original item to be returned and a replacement shipped out to me with extra-speedy delivery. I ordered inline skates for my Grandson, i was advised the skates had been delivered by Yodel, i wrote to skate hut and explained that i had not received the skates and the picture they sent of proof of delivery was not my porch.
They later said that the driver had said i acknowledge receipt of the goods, this was a total farce, as 3 days later a neighbour from 5 doors away knocked on my door to give me the parcel that had been delivered to him at the wrong address.
My point is Skate hut didn't question the delivery firm yodel but just took their word for it and dismissed mine.
With a message well at least you got the skates albeit 3 days late for Christmas, i will never recommend this company to anyone
Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service, can’t get through on phone, doesn’t bother to reply on email, bought a go kart for my sons birthday, next day delivery to be here on or before the 19th December. Still hasn’t come, didn’t arrive for birthday or Christmas. Would never order again it was so upsetting to see my son go with out.
