Abysmal Customer Service and Delivery
I am extremely disappointed with SKECHERS and their handling of my order. On May 21st, I ordered a pair of sandals to be delivered to my UK address, but as of June 3rd, they have still not arrived.
Despite entering all the correct details during the order process, the US customer service team informed me that the delivery address on the order is entirely different—an address I do not recognize nor have any connection with. This is deeply concerning.
I have sent multiple emails to SKECHERS UK Customer Service but have received no response, only one autoresponder. As a result, I now feel forced to seek legal advice since SKECHERS has taken my money but failed to provide the sandals I paid for.
This experience highlights a complete lack of accountability and customer care. I expected better from such a well-known brand, but their customer service has been nothing short of abysmal.

I am writing this review with great disappointment and frustration. After only three weeks of wear the sole has "worn out" to such an extent that the shoes have become unusable. For a brand like Skechers, I expected much higher quality and durability, especially considering the price.
However, what is even worse than the product quality itself is the customer support. I tried to resolve the issue through their support, but I hit a wall of irresponsibility and blame-shifting. No one wanted to take responsibility for the obvious defect in the product. They just kept passing me from one person to another, without any concrete solution or willingness to help.
This is absolutely unacceptable. Not only did I waste money on a poor-quality product, but I also lost time and nerves trying to exercise my rights as a customer.
From my experience, I can only say: I will never buy anything from Skechers again. It is clear that they lack concern for both product quality and customer satisfaction. Avoid them at all costs if you don't want to find yourself in the same situation.

Skechers in Branson Missouri. Employees were 100% USELESS! When asked to help, as it was our first time, the guy working didn't seem to know much about the different shoes.. then disappeared and never returned. Had another employee give us about 2 minutes worth of attention.. then same thing.. disappeared behind the counter. Seem that they are a SELF HELP STORE and the bodies there are only there to act as cashiers.. NOT helpful shoe salesmen! They had shoe sizers under the chairs.. but you are expected to get your own size and find your own shoes.. What a shame. If they worked for my store, they would NOT be working but looking for another job! SHAME on Management for allowing this to happen, unless this is their business model! This will be our first and last time in this store!
Squeaky shoes, then GHOSTED by Skechers!
I ordered “Skechers Slip-ins Ultra Flex 3.0 - Brilliant”, firstly I ordered my usual size 7 and they were huge! So I returned and ordered a size 6 which was still too big, so I then ordered a size 5 which fit but I can’t believe I had to size down two whole sizes. After that I have been wearing them to work everyday for 3weeks and they squeak, I thought I may need to wear them in but after 3 weeks I would have thought they would stop squeaking by now! I spent £90 for squeaky shoes which is very embarrassing. I got in touch with the customer service by email and they recommended putting talc powder in them to reduce moisture, that didn’t help as the problem was not from moisture. Mathew then said he would give me £90 credit to purchase some other shoes which I was happy and agreed. Then I was ghosted. I heard nothing ever again! Even when I followed up on it I was ignored!

Shoes that damage feet and horrendous customer service
I sought out Skechers as they offered shoes specifically which are meant to be better for those with higher arches (GO WALK Arch Fit 2.0). I am a size 42 and this has not changed. After a few days of wearing the shoes, I noticed a lot of pain and tension in my toes, so I stopped wearing them. I then noticed bruising in my toe nails and a couple of weeks later numbness. I contacted Skechers about this and asked for a refund, given there is clearly a defect. Instead, they took weeks to reply and gave an automated answer about how they would not give a refund as they were worn - despite the fact that there is clearly a defect that only became apparent after wearing them for a couple of days. I find this outrageous. This clearly also violates the law under §§
434, 437 BGB, so I will be pursuing this further until they respond fairly.

I cant tell you how bad of an experience it was working with this intl. department at Skechers, regular agents were pretty good people but from day 1 very awkward experience.
Hired through n agency I received start date ,I show up management didn't know I was suppose to be there, Marisa the director, told me "well we didn't know you would be here today so we will accommodate you." They were not friendly, even though during the interview they claimed the work environment was a good one as they used " if you stay, the company will take care of you" as selling point , it should have been a red flag from the get go.
They throw 3 ring binder and told me to read it , no training, just read it, then they throw me to agents who are clearly busy with work so management can avoid training, when and if I asked the supervisor (Nancy) about training I either got look of why are you asking with a condisending tone with hints of criticism and judgement. I get into almost a month and the supervisor is avoiding me ,only speaking with me to point out things I did wrong otherwise wouldn't speak to me or give me the time, Marisa the director was ok at 1st but one day became unhinged over an email and basically yelled at me to the point I called my the agency and asked if they considered hiring me permanently because from a day to day I was walking on eggshells, and already was considering other opportunities. it didn't matter if I was new, they wanted me know it all, stay quiet, and don't speak to them unless spoken too was the overall vibe I got from Nancy and Marisa.. I would even say good morning or provide any polite gesture and I got a look like I was weird when I was showing good manners or politeness . Other agents also confirmed this was how they treated people because they didn't know how to communicate properly, so if your own people acknowledge management has not worked well with other candidates before me and are already treating me poorly 2 months in, imagine 1 year, but funny enough I get a call on a Saturday from my agency telling me they cancelled my contract, and no one knew why, even though I was in office that Friday and management could have spoken with me but no , I wasn't worth speaking too. This was a clear example of how toxic the environment was and they couldn't get through training a new hire, there were 2 or 3 people from what I was told that also experienced this behavior as well, before you work in this department with any experience just know it doesn't apply, they used a outdated system and still print, where other company's are paperless have computerized training , and have better systems un place, they do not make an effort for hired candidates to be trained properly altogether. Out of them all, 1 manger was a respectful guy, and I won't mention his name out of respect but I hope he replaces the current director one day and restructures the training process for new candidates, and replaces the Crap supervisor with someone who has people skills.

Ordered some sandles on line updates from sketchers and ups said they would deliver on Thursday . Stayed in
Nothing arrived on Thursday or Friday. Finally got through to ups . The operator told me the update was ‘virtual’ and my shoes were still stuck in Belgium . Emailed Sketchers UK got an automated response about delays. Updates now frozen since last Wednesday ( today is Saturday) can’t speak to an actual person who can tell me what is going on . Still no sandles . I would never have ordered from Sketchers UK if I was made aware they were coming from Europe . Very poor customer response

Returned within the accounted time for returns, shoes pristine, labels on, never worn other than to try on in my house. Staff claimed the soles were muddy and pointed to a small speck of dust (wish I was kidding) and refused refund. Come to find out that the customer service is non-existent. They're being trained to refuse refunds to protect their bottom line. Protect sales. Disgusting business practice. Boo Skechers.

Currently at the Stratford branch. The £94 skechers have damaged my feet. The Lakeside branch said their wide fitting is limited. I paid cash and I understand that I can get a refund cos of the physical damage. Not a proper fit. Beware. Adam the manager is saying they're is no one above him I can complain to. He is only a branch manager. He said there is no Head Office. This is strange. I can't back before and the girl did not say I could do anything about a refund. Cooked in an online complaint. Stop calling non-orthopedic shoes, orthopedic. It's false marketing. Sneakers or shoes that have elongated (the one that stick out backwards a little bit heel) can not be orthopedic! this puts more pressure on the heel, this is not for people with flat feet, this maybe is for people who walk mostly on their toes but people who walk on their toes, don't have flat feet. I know this is a stupid trend but stop promoting these horrible shoes for flat feet. Bought some shoes from Sketchers. They sent a tracking number with a weeks estimated delivery. The never arrived and the tracking number was unless. Sent multiple emails. UPS said they never recieved the item it was still in Belgium. Fighting to get my money back. Avoid!
Shoes NOT in the UK. No refund and no communication
This company doesn’t mention anywhere on the website that the shoes will come from outside the UK. You will randomly get an email from UPS saying that they are waiting for documentation at the border. Atrocious. I would have never bought the shoes if I knew that. And good luck in receiving a refund! It has been a month now. They keep sending automated emails and now I need to start the process to report it to the trading standards and go to the ombudsman. What a waste of time.

2 years ago I purchased some Sketcher road walker, water repellent shoes. I only wear them in winter so not much wear. The soles are fine but they are worn out on the toe cap. Material thin. They cost £100. Would never buy Sketchers shoes again & certainly never recommend Skatcher shoes.

Like previous reviews I’ve waited over 3 weeks for my order, the first one I didn’t receive any receipt or confirmation so naturally thought I’d not ordered properly only to find I’d now got 2 in the system!!!! Tracking kept showing stuck in Belgium despite giving me a delivery date they obviously couldn’t meet, zero response from customer services. They finally arrived together and I’ve had the task of returning them. I’d never use them again , appalling service.

Skechers keep sending me codes for 20% off my first order but the codes don't work on every pair of shoes I've tried to use it on. I also don't have an account with Skechers it says when I try and log into my account, if I haven't got account how do they have my email address and personal details. When I have contacted them through their online form, they just ignore me, every time even though the auto-response email acknowledges they received my enquiry. Hopeless company but their shoes I do like.

Should be no stars! Ordered & paid for for on the 27th April & im still waiting for delivery . Keep watching the tracking on UPS & looks like they have it & holding on to it. First & last time I’ll buy from them, if I’d known they were comming from Belgium I’d never have ordered them. Poor service & should be stopped as there’s no clue they’re comming from a different country until after you’ve ordered &paid.
