Terrible customer support!
Or I should say no customer support whatsoever!
I was a client for a long time: I liked their mission and the clothes. But I stop buying there for the principle. Recently they changed their online website. And I couldn’t login into my account. I contacted their technical staff, they fixed it and I could login. BUT it was as a new account I created: everything clean - no past orders, no history, nothing. I again contacted the technical stuff - no answer. I contacted general support - no answer, even sorry because it could be some technical issue that everything didn’t go well while the websites data was transferred. But at least the customers deserve some explanation but it seems they don’t give a s**t! So if they don’t care why should I care?
