Excellent Customer Warranty
I was 3/5 years into SK hynix's warranty window when my P41 stopped being detected by any of my working systems after updating my BIOS and replacing my CMOS battery. After emailing their support, they were very responsive and clear in the steps I should take for a replacement, which was really nice considering this SSD is worth a lot more today than when I first got it. Between sending the first email, getting a response, sending the defective product out, and getting a replacement, it took nine days total.
