Just returned from a good week in Alpe D; where we rented 4 pairs of skiis and two pairs of boots from Olivier Sports via snobrainer. Apart from a few remarks from the shop assistant about daughter #1s slim feet (after trying several pairs of boots) ie why did she not have her own boots? we got our stuff together as the shop was closing. Daughter #2s skiis had bent springs and would not hold together but she would not go back to change them. All in all the equipment was ok and no trouble on return. Would we use Oliver Sports again? Possibly not as we like Twinner and Sport 2000 both of which were nearer to our accommodation - but hey ho with 4 price often dictates a small schlep!!

First time i have used ski discount, and i got to say i was a little wary of there claims of offering good quality snowboard gear at discounted rates. The whole process was made very simple and quick. When i arrived to my resort, i found the hire shop they had paired me up with who were fully aware of my arrival and had all my paper work to hand. what i really loved was that i was not offered the usual basic rental gear, i was offered a selection of high end boards, boots and bindings and i was able to go in and change them so i could demo other gear. It was reassuring to know that if i want to go away for a short or long ski trip, i will get equipment as good as mine at home and custom fitted by the shop to my style of riding. A big thankyou to snow box in Montgenvere for a fantastic service. a really nice small independent shop with great staff who know what they are talking about. i will definitely be using Ski discount again for my next trip

I booked the Diamond package with SKi discount and although the hire shop did have my booking, the skis that I received were at best poor. My travelling companion who had booked the same deal complained and was given an immediate upgrade I did not complain but will not be using Ski Discount again. My guess is that whichever package you book you are given the lowest quality. My advice ? Use another company to book your skis

Shop used was very busy with what appeared to be little organisation as to who to deal with next. skies fitted but no real feeling of the suitability. We felt they just wanted to get people out of the door.

Ski rental within 20m of the hotel in the centre of Val D'Isere. Staff aware of our booking and greeted us on arrival by name. Measured and kitted out whole family within 15 minutes and then off to the slopes. Changed skis and boots on separate occasions without any fuss. Thank you.

Very fast and effiecient, these guys know what they are doing and offer a quality rental product in a friendly and efficient service. Helpful and accomodating, I will certainly use them again and reccomend them to others.

first time user, easy booking online, very good service, had to change my boots after one day, the shop manager was very competent, and a good value money -service !

Booked ski and boot hire through Ski Discount for Ste Foy at new year. I was slightly concerned that the quality might not be great in view of the fantastic prices, but all my fears were unfounded - all the equipment was just as good as we've had from places like Skiset etc. Plus the people could not have been friendlier or more helpful (we had an issue when my daughter's skis disappeared from outside a restaurant but they sorted it all out with kindness and good humour, and they replaced a snapped pole very happily). I have already booked ski hire through Ski Discount again for Easter, and recommended them to friends.

Very pleased with our choice, great value, slightly more expensive than some of the other options but glad to have paid that little extra as equipment was very good.

Service in the Pro Ski shop on Av Michael Croz in Chamonix was excellent with the member of staff even helping by recommending the best area we should ski given our levels of availability which was extremely useful.

Would not hesitate to recommend to a friend.

Prices good for les arcs 1950 but took me almost an hour to sort and pay. Experience tells me the hire shops never use info put in the forms.... Think that a waste of time.

Ski discount was the cheapest and the rented equipment was good.

SKI 2000 in Val Thorens. Competitive price. Convenient location. Mild issues with board boot sizes, which eventually gave a son blisters. Skis, 2 * boards, and other set of board boots were all fine. They replaced boots and fixed boards promptly.

Ski discount is an excellent site to rent your ski. It is the second year we have been using that company and so far we are very satisfied. We have been going to Les Arcs 1600 for the last 16 years, the shop we are using is next door to our flat and ski discount is using the same shop which is very convenient for us.

Very keenly priced especially with an additional coupon discount (search on the Internet and you'll probably get 5% or more off.)

I recommended the site to my sister (always dangerous) as it was easy to use, seemed to save money. The thin i REALLY liked was the map showing where the store is, she was worried that on her last ski holiday there was 1/2 mile walk to the ski hire shop and back!

The service & staff were very good the fitting and return was very easy and the rental price was competitive even without us knowing our travel company had deals

Amazing level of services! Skydiscount's team has been really listening to my expectations and provided me with the most tailored advice. In addition, sky discount is clearly the cheapest ski shop I've found!
