The tool was great I'm using it from about one year for tailoring my resume according to job description , but they just roll out some updates recently and after that it become a worst tool ever after that updates , it automatically adding points and writing paragraph like a hell , so please remove that updates the older version is best

For me the tool did not work as I wanted, The AI is okay only - cannot determine the job requirements vs general company information. I got the quarterly subscription and found it didn't meet my requirements as I was having to rework the CV via manual inputs & chatgpt. customer service was pretty prompt to refund me the subscription cost after 1 star review, so I have updated the review to a 3 star - customer service response was solid.
