Very quick delivery, good safe packaging.

I was due to have plastic surgery on the 7th March and my plastic surgeon ( Nora Nugent - Vice President of the Association of plastic surgeons) recommended Skinade MD Pre and Post care programme. I read the reviews and was so impressed I thought I had to give it a go.
My order arrived within 2 days, nicely boxed with urgent and fragile tap all over it.
The box contained everything I would need to prepare my skin for surgery and to achieve the best results possible.
Step one was going well and I had started step 2 when my operation was postponed until the 28th March due to illness.
I was so disappointed not only because the operation was a big deal for me and I had been preparing mentally and physically for weeks, but also because I had already used half of my pre operation skinade supplements. My auntie who has been using Skinade for years and swears by it suggested that I give customer services a call to see if it would be possible to purchase just the items I had used. I didn’t think this would be possible as long gone are the days when companies actually care.
Despite my reservations I called customer service, my call was answered within one ring ( none of this press one for this, or our lines are busy!) and I was pleasantly surprised to hear a very friendly Natalie on the end of the line. I explained my situation and to my total surprise Natalie offered to send me extra supplies free of charge. She even sent me extra better skin within and a nice glass bottle and everything arrived the next day.
Wow, wow, wow. Now this is what I call customer service. It reminded me of the time when we had the bank mangers direct number and companies actually cared. What a total breath of fresh air.
What Natalie didn’t know at the time is that I had just lost me father who I absolutely adored and I was feeling very down. Her understanding and generosity really made a difference to my day.
As for the product, the first step is better skin within that you can buy separately, ( my auntie uses) that I have been using since the 16th Feb and already my skin is much more hydrated. I have noticed it most on my hands and face. I had a small scar on my check due to acne when I was young, know one noticed it but it’s all I could see when I looked in the mirror and it’s gone!
Thank you Natalie and Skinade you have restored my faith in human nature.

I love your Skinade product. It is the best, but it has not arrived, as yet. That is my only complaint. Your delivery to Italy is always delayed.

Easy ordering. Delivered on time

Ordered from HK on a Sunday and my order arrived 3 days later. I love the taste of the drink.

I love skinade and have used it normally at the beginning of the year for about 6 months to prep my skin for summer. Will continue to use it all this year now though as I really notice the difference in my complexion when I don’t have it.

Delivery was fine but I see no difference in my skin at all. My nails have all broken off since using Skinade so I won't be buying it again.

I live in Cyprus and I’ve never had a problem ordering from this company and it’s always a swift delivery , Skinaide of course is the best and I find my skin so much better for using it .

The product is as good as the other brands but takes a long time to be delivered. The customer service at the head office is also crap.

I think Skinaid’s Collagen Product is more effective than any other

The parcel was left outside the front door NOT at the back, on the porch. The driver has to walk a few steps to the left of the door and the building, along a passage, enter through the gate and leave the box on the porch, on a table. I have stopped the subscription for a few months as I am going home to Australia for a few months. Thank you Anya
