well the site doesn't allow cc payment so zelle was the method of payment. it was easy and fast. shipping was fast. very good product.

Having to order on Zelle was a bit off putting, but since I had ordered from this store previously, I decided to order again. The order confirmation came within a day and shipping arrived within a week. The products have always been as described, so I’m happy with everything.

im not gonna lie, really bad customer service and payment options. says typical response time ia within 24 hours, try 2 weeks. and their not very nice, try to respond to you like ur stupid for asking simple questions. i did receive my order but it took 3 weeks to even arrive due to poor customer service and i feel like i only got my product because i was constantly emailing them.

I received a tracking number within 24 hrs of my order and was able to track it in real time. My items arrived within 6 days of my order. I used the Affirm option for paying which was super simple. The items I ordered are not easy to locate at this price point so I was delighted to find SkinCareGlows thru many positive reviews on Reddit.

It is easy to order and they have prescription quality treatments at a decent price.

I paid and ordered Eflora and you sent me a less expensive cream Eflobrex.

I would like for customer service to answer the phone when I call them.

I have purchased from this company several times without any issues. Unfortunately, my most recent order was a very different experience.

I received two sealed prescription-strength products that had been expired for over a year. After discovering this, I called and spoke with someone who told me they would look into it and get back to me. They never did.

Since then, I have made multiple phone calls and sent several emails, including photos clearly showing the expiration dates. Despite all of my attempts to resolve the issue, I have not received a response.

In my final email, I asked the company to make the situation right before I shared my experience publicly. Unfortunately, that also went unanswered.

I would encourage anyone considering purchasing from this company to use caution. Based on my experience, you may receive expired products, and if there is a problem, you may have difficulty getting a response or resolution.
