To be honest I’m quite disappointed with this product. I have some pigmentation on my forehead and around my cheek bone area. I have been using this for nearly a month and have seen little to no results. This was a big investment for me as I bought the vitamin c oil and the hyperfade cream (£49.90). I hope the company is able to do something about this for me but as of now I’m am quite dissatisfied

Where should I start? I purchased a HyperFade cream from these guys in hopes to get rid of my hyperpigmentation on my forehead. It was a big investment as it was £36.00 with delivery for only a 50ml bottle. Anyways, I bit the bullet and bought it. I was doing as the bottle says wearing it twice a day on an exfoliated face alongside SP40+ suncream. STILL NO DIFFERENCE after 4-5 weeks. I got in touch and they sent out a replacement free of charge hence why I am giving them the two stars and not one. Anyway I think it has almost been 12 weeks now and GUESS WHAT NO IMPROVEMENT AGAIN. I have worn this cream religiously. I am upset/angry that I wasted £36.00 on this cream. TO ANYONE WHOS THINKING OF USING SKINLIGHT MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THESE CREAMS WILL NOT HELP YOU. IVE SEEN OTHERS SAY AFTER USING THE CREAM THEY HAVE SUFFERED WITH ACNE. The only way this company can resolve my issue is by refunding immediately. BEWARE.

I don’t recommend it at all if you have sensitive skin
I got my products as promised, had to check a few times but it arrive. Very disappointed for two reasons.
1. The jars are very very small and certainly not worth the amount they are charging, it’s very misleading.
2. I came out in hives, immediately on first use and all over my face, big painful spots, redness and itchy. I stopped using it immediately but four days on its getting worse. I then tried it on my arm and again I got a rash, immediately after applying. I washed it off right away.
I wrote to the company with these issues and never got a response, though they do take a while before they respond so still waiting. Ive never had issues with spots not even as a teen so for me to come out with this horrible rash is very strange. I have very sensitive skin and I only use plant based products, so I’m not sure why I got this terrible reaction. Even the soap makes my skin itch.
Update: I don’t agree with their response and I do have the right to write a review based on my personal experience with the product. I’m left with a terrible rash on my face that hurts to touch. I stand by my review.
Update 2: Skinlight responded and they’ve been extremely helpful and offered to refund me in full for which I am grateful.. we all react differently to skincare products, foods and medication so unfortunately this one just didn’t work for me.

With regards to the size of the jars you mention - it is not misleading at all. The product description clearly states the contents as 50ml and that is exactly what is in the jars that you received. The actual look of the jar is irrelevant - it is the contents of what inside the jar that is important.

I still haven't received my ordered…
I still haven't received my ordered products. I placed the order on April 17th. Due to incorrect addressing, while I have been ordering products via this website for some time, the product has not arrived at me, but has been returned. Skinlight didn't know the product had been returned until I asked them where the product was. Now the product is sold out and I have not been informed if they have received my order back. I always have to email and ask how things are now.

As you know, the courier tried to deliver your parcel but failed which is out of our control.
The parcel was addressed correctly so we do not know why they returned it.
We were totally unaware that the product did not get delivered to you until you contacted us - we could not have known that. The courier company never informed us and we have not received the parcel back from them.
As we explained to you by email, unfortunately the item you ordered is currently out of stock. We would have resent the order to you immediately but this is not possible until the new stock arrives.
Frustratingly, the original package we sent to you has still not arrived back to us from the courier so we must assume they have lost it.
We do appreciate how inconvenient this is for you but we cannot do anything until the new batch arrives. If you do not want to wait any longer, we will be happy to refund your money.

I purchased Hyperfade 2 years ago but was unable to use it due to health issues. I contacted the customer service team via email who replied within minutes. They took into consideration that I was unable to use the product due to health issues and they now have posted a new one out to me. Excellent service, efficient communication and professional. I bought the below product and I was absolutely so disgusting how small the products are for the money you charged. Its NOT good value for money! I such you better review your product size because its very misleading and its puts customers off from supporting your business. Fortunately I would not buy this product again and I wouldn't not recommend it either!!!

We are sorry that you are not happy with these products. However, it is not misleading at all - the product size for each item is very clearly displayed on the website in text and also on the product images. 50ml for the jar and 100ml for the bottle are NOT small sizes for this type of product.
It is very good value for money due to the high concentration of active ingredients and the superior quality of these ingredients which makes them very effective. It is not all about quantity as you do not need to apply too much on the skin due to this high concentration so it will last for at least 30 days.

I started using the hairaze range from Skinlight a few months ago and I am really impressed with the products .
Hairaze Spray- The hairfall stopped instantly and I saw new hairgrowth in a few weeks time.
I have used it everyday for 60 days and now I am on the maintaince mode. It has helped me with most important hair issues that now I can't imagine being without it.
I really want people having hairfall or regrowth issues to give it a try. We take care of skin or regular/daily basis the same should be done for hair, that is continues use. I am so glad it works and that I came across it. I really wish if more people know about this and it helps them as well how it helped me. You can use it in addition to your existing hair care regimen, just use hairaze on clean scalp first thing.
The bottle - I can't say enough ! The design....it seems as if a lot of thought and time was out into it. It's not like regular spray bottles. It is so convinient to use and targets well the areas of scalp so no wastage in my case. Its like gold for me.

The best products ever.
I have been doing some research on different types of products, I have tried few of them but they didn’t remove the discolouration from my face. I was searching again and I came across MEGAFADE for the face. It’s amazing! my discolouration is gone and my face is glowing. All the dark spots vanished in less then three weeks. I am using my second bottle. I also bought the whitening complex for body and hands it is amazing. It removed the discolouration from my hands. I am definitely going to buy it again. I recommend these products.
